He's doing a fine job and maybe they don't have a grader ever heard of use what you have and the dozer can be used for many more things than a grader if you olny have one machine on the job the dozer would be the smart pick. Also with that bank cut in the beginning a dozer is much more efficient to do it with a grader and not abuse the machine would take 3x as many passes. Also why do people get on the internet just to critique someone else instead you should be running your grader big guy.
The the road look better before he created it he's trying to push too much material that's why he's making all those bumps right there he must be a beginner operator and you always push down hill you never push dirt uphill unless you have no other choice and I see how his blade is turned to the left of the machine I understand that but he could use that to his advantage yeah I was just trying to push too much dirt he needs to just knock the bombs down try to keep the blade as level as he can because when you see the dips in the road that are right there is because the tractor is stopping he's having to lift the blade back up get the dirt from underneath it and then take off and any bites another one he takes trying to take too much I am a heavy equipment operator for 48 years in the Union in Los Angeles California local 12 operating engineers
