Actually, he doesn't sound off-key at all. There are parts where he sounds a bit strained, but definitely not off-key. If he were, do you think the producers would go through with this song? They would revise it, because, seriously, they don't want to disappoint the massive horde of Sesshoumaru fangirls. PS...my Japanese cousin thinks this is NOT off-key.
@AnimeMangaVicki Actually, most of my music is foreign, and most of that is Japanese. I also don't just listen to anime soundtracks, so I have a pretty good idea of 'Japanese music'. Music is music, no matter what language it is. It's a universally accepted medium, and it has universally accepted rules in regards to which keys are which, and what they sound like when they're on key. I will repeat myself. Off key is off key, and it sucks no matter what language it's in. You can't make excuses.
