I just made this recipe turned out amazing! Thank you! Both kids and adults loved it and asked for seconds! I put them in my preheated oven for 5 min at 210 degrees then for about 15 min on 170 degrees. The tops were golden which gave a perfect crunch while the rest of the muffin inside was beautifully moist. I sprinkled granulated Sugar on top which was a great finish. I also mashed half cup of blueberries and made it like a blueberry sauce and left the rest of the blueberries whole which came out delicious!
I made these yesterday and they were AMAZING! I added a little bit of almond extract and that was totally the right choice to make. Also baked for less than 30 mins, for about 25. Everyone that tried them LOVED them so I'm making some more today! Definitely recommend this recipe!
I made a twist and it was a great success! I added a whole orange zest and juice and I replaced the half cup milk with a half cup plain yogurt. It turned out softer than the first try with a delicious aroma. For my oven 25 min was enough on 365F. Thanks for the recipe 🙂!

Made this today and I was craving blueberry muffins so badly and it didn't disappoint. It looks just like the video! Delicious I loved it, but I'd add lemon zest in the batter next time.
Definitely add lemon zest but try doing this next time... While the muffins are still warm, I dip the tops in a melted butter/lemon juice mixture and then immediately dip in sugar. Absolutely over the top delicious. I bake my muffins at 350 degrees.
I just made them very good! I only baked them for 25 mins total @ 375 degrees: 2 mins to preheat and 23 mins the rest.I also added avocado spray on the paper but you can use any cooking spray.Thank you for the recipe:)

Great recipe but I reduced the baking time to Abt 20-25 min. Perfect soft and moist 👍 oh I didn’t rinse my blueberries tho as by doing so it becomes all mushy I jus sprinkle some flour on the frozen berries and add it to the mixture
Just pulled these out of the oven and we devoured them! Great recipe. I would recommend a little bit less than a teaspoon on top of each muffin if you don’t like super sweet muffins but they baked for the entire 30 minutes and came out perfect! I didn’t have paper liners for the muffin tin so I just put butter on them and they didn’t stick! 10 out of 10 recommend🙂

One thing I did not have two cups of blueberry I just had one and they still came out great so I can’t wait to make them again with the two full cups of blueberry. Hello hello! I made this today, cut the sugar to half cause we have 2.5 cups of natural sweetness from berries, and from other comments, reduced oven temp to 170 degrees for 20 mins, 25 if you want a bit of color on top. Very yummy muffin and guilt free if you cut down the sugar.
I just made these. Since it's just going to be me eating them, I halved this recipe. Don't have butter, so I used shortening Also don't have milk so I added 2 tbsps whole powdered milk I love vanilla so I added 3/4 tsps of extract I also added 1 1/2 cups of blue berries I mashed about 6 tbsps of them. Didn't measure exactly, but It wasn't quite half a cup. I did increase the bake time about 5 minutes. Oh, I also had to add more liquid than the specified amount because shortening is much drier than butter, so the increased bake time was most likely my error. These are honestly the best muffins of any kind I have ever made! I didn't have much muffin confidence before this. THANK you for the tip about mashing the berries to flavor the batter. I honestly never would've thought of that. Seriously, I can already tell you this will majorly impact my fruit baking. :)
A very good recipe - forgiving also when stuff is not exact! I have made a dozen or so times, which is over 144 blueberry muffins. Never failed. So I conclude it is a fail proof recipe. Thank you!!
I have a blueberry bush that is finally yielding some serious amounts of fruit, I don't want to waste any! It took 3 years for the plant to mature to full capacity. I'm going to have to try this recipe.
Taste is absolutely heaven. Not to sweet which i like so much. We made 12 muffins (mini cupcake size) and somewhat a size of a banana cake. We baked it in almost 20 mins. The baking time depends on the size of your pan. The other one that we made (the banana cake size) , we baked it for 40 mins. We want the outside top to be more crunchy that's why we baked it longer.. Just check your muffin after 20 mins to see if its baked already or if u want it to bake longer.
Great recipe..thought it was a little sweet, so I used about 1/2 brown sugar instead of 1 cup white. They are very moist. Mine came out a bit denser than I expected with the 2 tsp baking powder..I like them just a little lighter and fluffier but I will try these again.

The bake time will vary depending on a number of factors including your oven and the type of pan used, the color of the pan, etc. What I am saying is it's not her fault. It's always a good idea to start checking your baked goods a few minutes early, especially when trying a recipe" for the first time.

I grew blueberries the first 2 years, but this year was was like 10x the amount. its actually not that hard to do, any yea, free blueberries!!
