Hey! If you cut the core out of the cabbage, the leaves will be easier to remove. Also, slice the core end so it’s thinner, and easier to roll up. My grandmother would make cabbage rolls about once a month. She would make a ton of them. My mom had 9 children, and we lived with our grand parents. You have inspired me to try and make them for my grandchildren.

I wonder if you trim the bottom end off the cabbage before pealing to make it easier to peal?

Just found you and subscribed. I found out if you freeze your cabbage, when it thaws, it comes a part so easy without burning your hands. Love your content. Ty for sharing. God bless.

I used your tip from other videos about freezing sliced mushrooms. I used them for the first time today in spaghetti sauce. It was great. I will be doing this from now on.😊

Next time you caramelize onions salt then after you cut them and let them sit for about ten mins. They caramelize faster because there pre wilted from the salt.

You can also core your cabbage and freeze it over night then thaw on the counter for a half day and no need to boil it.

Looks yummy- but soo many questions!:
when you defrost the pizza dough, do you defrost in refrigerator or on counter, & how long does it take from freezer to ready to use? Do you put it in a bowl to defrost/rise -Or can it rise in the freezer bag? Do you put a whole recipe in one bag? How many pizzas does it make??

Suggestion - when filming the stove top area, put a piece of paper or cloth over the stove clock. The strobing that happens on camera can be migraine or seizure inducing to some and just very annoying to many others. Difficult to watch you hard at work! Thanx

“Healthy” and “light” are two different concepts! Nothing shameful about “cooking this way” with a boxed mix and sour cream. Accessibility, culture, preference, etc… all come into play with cooking and health, which is a holistic word beyond calories!
