  • Hi friends, here is How to make an Instant Mango Pickle!! This Pickle is made instantly, and you can almost see this pickle in many weddings. I Personally love this pickle as it got Sourness, Heat, little Bitterness from fenugreek. It tastes wonderful with almost every food or meal. Specially with Curd rice, Sambar rice.
    Wash the mango and dry it with a clean cloth without any moist in the mango. Try to taste the mango before you pickle them. Choose the mango that has got more sourness.
    I have used whole Fenugreek seeds to temper, but you could also use Fenugreek powder (about ¼ tsp) while adding the chilli powder. Only use sesame oil as it adds up much flavor to the pickle. In this video I have missed to add fenugreek sorry about that.
    This pickle can be store in Fridge for at least a month. While using please use a clean spoon without any water drops to grab your desired amount of pickle.

    Ingredients:
    450g Raw Mango (Sour one)
    2 ½ tsp Salt
    2 ½ tsp Chilli Powder
    ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
    1 Cup Sesame OilS
    1 tsp Mustard Seeds
    ¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
    ½ tsp Hing Powder
    Few curry Leaves
