How do you stand up from the floor as a bilateral AK with power knees? Asking for a friend she has these doesn’t know how to stand. I’m Bilateral AK too but use clegs. She says hers power so she can’t stiff leg it and stand with them behind her

I normally just kick one foot out to the side and then start applying pressure once that foot is stable. It's pretty easy. I have two power knees and well and two X3s

@@mackmittenz01 do you think you use the same energy as when you werent an amputee? is it noisy?

​@charlesben9104 I definitely use more energy now. They are heavy compared to the genium X3s and C-Legs. With vaccumm I don't really notice it until I put my Ottobocks on to jump in the pool
