Great analysis. Very compelling. However, at 55:00 he describes Canberra as 10 centimeters cooler than the concrete jungles nearby. I presume he means the suburbs nearby with typical heat island affect. He goes on to describe Caberra as 40C. I am totally on board with the point. I am sure it was a blooper. Did he mean "10C"?
