Your videos rock! I have watched tons and tons of vids on how to longline / highline and not one of them cover the great training approaches that I find on this channel! I am still a beginner despite about 1 year of semi-consistent practice and I have been feeling a little discouraged as I don't feel like I'm improving. These vids are really helping me!

Got a boost of motivation watching this! That looks like aero 2.. Any recs on specs for webbing -- either about type of webbing, or how high is good to fasten the ends?

Hi ! I was doing this before Alonzo teach it and for me there IS no good or Bad webbing for practice rodéo, the static one are more difficult (you already doing crazy shit by slacklining so dont be scared ;) so if you go on a strechy tubular it will go pretty well
For the "tension" i go for 20/30cm high when im in standing in the middle i think its safe enough

I’m glad! It’s Aero 1 actually but very close 😊 I think a lightweight static webbing is easiest for rodeoline

Thanks you ! I really like the part when you talk about "training in set like you are at the gym" i think repetition is the key too

Great idea, objectives rather than playtime on the line. Alonso, were you a wrestler in a former life? Audio was good, no need to apologize. You have changed my practice sessions for the better, even though my skills are significantly more rudimentary than yours. Thanks

You can do both but objectives are definitely important when training 😊 I appreciate your positive feedback on this!!
I was a soccer player most of my life and then a body builder for a few years haha
