It's supposed to be playful, but sometimes it just seems hostile, especially if both parties aren't in agreement. It makes me very uncomfortable to watch. My husband and I did not do that.

Just do some things that are fun and crazy. It's suppose to be one of the most special days of your life, so why not just have fun with it. Honestly, life is what you make of it, and if that's what you and your hubby want, then by all means just go for it, because your guests will remember your wedding more then most they've ever attended.

I made sure of not throwing a bouquet by not carrying one. I always hated being pressured to participate in that ritual, so I wasn't going to inflict it on anyone else. (I wouldn't have minded it so much if people didn't always push me to take part. I don't mind other people having fun with it.)
