Just passed the exam today barely 710/700, Yahooo!!, gosh I was really afraid cause some of the questions were really confusing, to ya'll whose searching for tips in the comment section, I just studied for 4 days, Here's what I did 1) Watch all the pragmatic works videos on PL-300, some practice questions provided in the youtube videos came out in the exam. 2) I can proudly say that there is not a single Microsoft Practice Exam Questions in the real exam, that's a real bummer, cause I kept practicing many times to a point that I even memorized the answer, felt like I'm a pro. SO DON'T FOCUS TOO MUCH ON THE Microsoft practice EXAMS. 3) Do some online practice exams provided from Exam Topics. 4) I heard Udemy is good too, however, I did not purchase em, just fully utilized all the available online stuff, Thanks Pragmatic Works and Angelica Dominic for your effort, Love from Malaysia!
Congratulations! 💫💫 I'm currently studying for the certification but don't feel ready yet. Could you please share links to some of the tests or quizzes you used to prepare? Thank you!
Absolutely a great training. Thank you! I'm studying to pass the PL300 exam and going through content at the Microsoft Learn platform. I've taken the practice exam three times and failed each. But, this training gave me insight into why I've failed. I wasn't correctly tying the exam questions to the specific actions/steps in the PBI interface.👍🏿
At 34:18, if null and empty values are included for Distinct values in Column Distribution as you stated, why is there no distinct values shown for the ProductSubcategoryKey column? There’s no column distribution shown at all for that column, and it has many null values?
Angelica, well done! I enjoyed listening to the entire presentation during my morning walk. Look forward to revisit and watch while following along in Desktop.
Interested in your PL-300 course. Question: There have been a lot of changes to PowerBI/Fabric this year, so I'm wondering how current the course is? I will say most of what I saw in this vid transfers well. Just wondering your opinion. Thanks.
Hi Brett! Great question. The 9-hour course available on our On-Demand Learning Platform is based on the exam skills listed in the study guide that was released on January 31st, 2023. The exam study guide has only had minor changes since then. I plan to update the course at the beginning of 2024 to include any changes to the exam study guide.
Great Job, Angelica...Already passed, that would hav helped in my job as PBI Trainer/Consultant Subscribed due to this video. Keep up the great work...

Great question! Microsoft now allows users to access Microsoft Learn during certain exams, which includes the PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Certification exam. I would not rely solely on this while taking the exam as you will run out of time.
Hi, whats the difference between completing Microsoft Power bi data analyst course and Writing PL-300 exam in Microsoft? Whats the use of coursera professional certification course? Whats thw difference between completing the coursera course and Writing PL-300 exam
Angelica, an excellent vid thanks. Question for you: I was successfully getting 80% in the MS practice exams, but I am getting 50-55% on the Measure Up practice exam for PL-300, the Measure Up is so much harder, very wordy and has visuals to study, should I continue with the Measure Up prac exams till I get 80% or feel confident to do the MS actual exam with my constant 80% marks on the MS practice exams
I'd say you want to be getting 90% on the measureup test. They can be very tricky I know but are a good reflection of the difficulty of the exam... Review and study those questions you got incorrect through the Microsoft Learn Resources. Watch a few videos on related topics (pragmatic works is excellent for this) and keep taking the test until you hit 90%. Once you hit 90% take another practice from someone else, just so you have variety and feel well prepared.
You can mark the question for review and when you've answered all of the questions, you'll be given a list of those you've marked for review. I marked a total of 8 and when I finished them all I can tell you that 2 of those questions that I marked for review I updated because I realized that I didn't READ the question correctly.

Good video, thank you. For anyone with existing MS exam experience the PL-300 specific content starts at 20:20.
Best PL-300 prep video without any exaggeration, imo. Thank you 😀
Have you passed the test with this video?
There are NO video lectures in the program on the website. Is that the case or something's wrong at my end??

Only about half way at this point. Very great teaching method. The tempo and your voice inflection are both perfect.
I greatly appreciate the compliment! Thank you for watching!
