Dear tool brand - it's not me, it's you.

Ugh, so done with this orbital sander that apparently had no real life in-the-field testing for extended use, or use on a ladder, or revelation to incl any sort of vac bag strap or bracket, etc, etc. Oh, and the hook surface to hold the sanding disc lasts about 2-3 discs worth of sanding before they’re essentially non-operable. Plus, good luck not falling off a ladder when you're sanding an elevated area and, unexpectedly, the bag blows off, or the whole bag + cannister combo blows off.
I've been mostly exclusive to this tool brand for many years, and I've endured a few poor designs here and there, but now we're 'not exclusive' -- I'm seeing others. R, it's not me, it's you.
