@@Temporalplace In general, bolt side aligned to cut out for ordinary bicycles. On certain brands, the do the invert. If you notice closely, the cut out is inverted too :)
(just sharing this) I'm having trouble with my new bike when changing the seat height earlier The lock is too tight I tried pushing the adjust lock but I'm too worried that I might break it, I thought there was an issue but with the help of this vid, it made me realize I'm already doing it right, it's just too tight. I managed to make it unlocked with the amount of force I could then there I lower my seat and lock the seat clamp with less tight than it was before
Simple. Clear and no 20 minute intro. Great video sir.
I didn't know the other side is adjuster 🤦 thanks for the video mate

Thank u brother for the information, I didn't know that the other side was the adjuster that's why my seat was getting down while rinding 😂
That’s great. Glad you know how it works now.

What does it mean when my clamp is not tightening? Thanks!
Thank you 😮😮😮
Ohhh, so that's how you do it been wondering why my seat keeps dropping
Yes! Remember to re-adjust the seat height during your ride.
Can i turn clamp 180 around and install ? Or should be bolt side of the clamp turned to the cutout side of the seat tube ?
The bolt side of the clamp is aligned to the cutout side of the seat tube.
@@bikegurusg i saw on some bikes that its opposite

This clip not opening bro please give solution
Thanks bro
My seat keeps on rotating even after tightening the clamp and adjuster... What to do?!
Replace your seat clamp as the locking mechanism is faulty. Theoretically, when tightening the clamp, the seatpost should be restricted to move.
@@bikegurusg okay
@@harikrishnanp7435 Go try it. Take a video of how you tighten it and send me to see, will be happy to give you advice.
Thank you so much
allen is still better with little carbon gripper paste than the quick release ...
Yes! However, certain bicycles still using QR
Tnx
I can’t lower my seat even after I removed the nut
Is it stuck due to rust? Try some WD40
The entire thing is loose what do I do
After you tighten the left side. Spin the ride side clockwise a few times, then push it forward.
