MU School of Medicine Awards 86 Medical Degrees at Commencement Ceremony
After receiving their medical degrees, these physicians will go on to receive additional training in their chosen specialties. Many of the physicians - 30 percent of MU School of Medicine’s class of 2016 - will stay on the MU campus for their residency training. Forty percent of the MU School of Medicine 2016 class will remain in Missouri, and 42 percent of this graduating class selected residency programs in high-need primary care fields, including internal medicine, pediatrics and family medicine.
