I just finished the grind for Petro. What I found out is that having a level 11 commander with APCS is a necessity for the grind. Tallinn and Riga were fairly enjoyable for me having that skill. As for Petro, I’m not entirely sure you need all the bells and whistles to be effective. To maximize the potential of the ship you need everything you can throw at it. Here is my limited experience with it. A level 11 commander with APCS, the war bear camo to start. I played a game with no equipment and no elite bonus. 70k easy with poor MM. Next game I was able to Elite the ship out but couldn’t afford equipment. Another 70k game with sketchy MM. Finally grind enough silver to equip the ship, bought the Leg Mod and still the same normal commander with favorable MM, 126k. Granted I’m only 3 games into the ship as I’m writing this. It’s Tanky, it’s accurate and the guns do hit hard. I can see it becoming a favorite of mine to play.

Hey, if I am correct you have been using and recommanding another legendary commander for the petro. I have Stepan Makarov for Kremlin and Nikolai Kuznetsov for Petro. Should it be the other way around?
Yep my friend. I thinl you misunderstood what I meant. I have always preached makarov for Petro and kuznetsov for kremlin. Sorry if I didn't make myself clear
He's a really good commander! I would put him on anything you like to play. He's a super versatile commander! If I were to recommend a ship, I would say some of the cruisers to get some more survivability

Where would I put otobryavski? I got him from the Soviet navy collection and he has bulletproof and adrenaline rush i think.

What is the speed of armor-piercing bullets? Is it the fastest among Warship Blitz ships?
Pretty sure Petro along with Nevsky have some of the best shell velocity
