I live in Roanoke, Va and I’m sad that I’m far away from the churches where I can get baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. I tried to such churches in my town but they don’t baptized in the way of Acts 2:38. It’s very hard. I’m trying to God that he sends me someone who would do it the right way.
A water baptism does not save you. It is announcing in public that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Many people are baptized outside church. Jesus was baptized in lake. Maybe you can find Pastor to do it somewhere else and invite friends and family to join you. Make sure find church that actually teaches the Bible. Many imposters and non Biblical churches today.
