Barbara’s father was Hutton’s brother while her mother inherited the Woolworth fortune. Archie Leach was her only real husband too bad it did not work out. Barbara Hutton was trying for sure. Cary Grant was a real man not taken no money from her. I have deep respect for him.
It staggers the mind how rich a person could get by selling cheap products. I enjoyed eating pizza at Woolworth on a Saturday after a day of shopping ❤️. She died with 3,500.00 after spending $900 million during her life time. Unbelievable
Good movie! I believe I saw this movie years ago but didn't appreciate til now. Farrah Fawcett was under rated as an actress. I remember going into Woolworth in Massachusetts with MOM when I was a kid and they had the best tuna sandwiches and milk shakes. Thank you for showing this movie. Thank you.
@@h.calvert3165 exactly!! Our world has got so crazy now!! Some of us insist it's difficult to describe what woman is, but ask a three year old and this child will define it for us without any problems!! They're changing words with the prefix "man", without realising "man" means man of this planet, human, not a male!! And these seemingly uneducated people hold positions of university lecturers!! My son was threatened by one of these for using "man hours " in his dissertation!! Man hours are standard unit of calculation of price of a product for example! They wanted it be changed to " person hours" but my son objected wholeheartedly and they couldn't force him!! We have to stand against this morons!
My favorite scene of this movie is between Tony Peck and Farrah Fawcett. When they meet by chance and get involved. The chemistry is off the radar. Beautifully crafted.
Do not be. Just have enough money to pay your bills, buy food, clothes and live a decent life and do not worry about if you have a food tomorrow despite you work your butt off.
My father told me at a very young age. When you have status in society everyone wants to be your friend or get close to you, but when you have nothing or lose that status then nobody wants to know you or talk to you anymore.
This is so tragic- I feel that everyone used & resented her. She certainly pissed away a fortune, but I see her as a sad, pitiful soul, certainly not a bad person
Not bad but sick. She should wait until she could find out who is a true friend and true lover. I made the same mistake, I thought if I am good, other people are good. But as adults the time should teach us.

This is a great movie!!!! I love Farrah Fawcett. She's VERY beautiful and a great actress. Also she seemed like a very nice person. This is 1 of her best movies I've seen!!!!!
Yes I agree :)
I agree too
I agree eigher!
very beautiful from italy
Brilliant job by Farrah. Her best work. Such a tragic story. Thank you for sharing it.
Yes she was incredible in this role, and most of the cast too, too much are not here anymore.
Her best work? "The Burning Bed", "Extremities", "Small Sacrifices"...
Beautiful series..........thankyou............
Hi 👋how are you doing?
Archie Leach was her only real husband too bad it did not work out. Barbara Hutton was trying for sure. Cary Grant was a real man not taken no money from her. I have deep respect for him.
Give me a clue who was Archie Leach in the movie, please?
Cary Grant
@@eilyjones6359 thank you😊
It staggers the mind how rich a person could get by selling cheap products. I enjoyed eating pizza at Woolworth on a Saturday after a day of shopping ❤️. She died with 3,500.00 after spending $900 million during her life time. Unbelievable
One of the best movies I have ever seen. How true life is. THE LORD IS A PERSONS TRUE FRIEND. NO AMOUNT OF MONEY CAN BUY HAPPINESS, OR FRIENDSHIP.
AMEN!
Well said.
😢😢🌹🌹👍👍
Patricia Rowe we are our own best friends if we did but realise it, instead we put ourselves in the hands of others including religion
Amen! Jesus is called "the Friend of sinners" and "the Friend who sticks closer than a brother"!
Rest In Peace Barbara Hutton and Lance Reventlow.
Yes and all the others

This was Farrah at her best.
Farrah Fawcett was great in this movie. I'm really impressed.
Wonderful movie 👏 Thank you!
Thank you.
Farrah was so pretty!!❤
Its been thirty years since this came out wow.
I have such respect for Farrah after watching her stunningly perfect preformance
yes she played the role perfectly

See The Burning Bed, Farrah is outstanding in this role. She also acting in a Broadway play, The Burning Bed. I wish I had seen that performance.
@@uwsgrrrl9981agree..!
also extremities..
I do miss Farrah Fawcett! Thanks for the upload!
Hello 👋how are you doing?
Farrah was a superb actress. Thanks for the movie. I enjoyed this movie so much I ordered a book to read on Barbara Hutton
Just love the attire, the hairdos, hats- wished all of that would be still around.
The BEST performance by a female actor of all time. RIP Farah angel...
Yep, she was so good in this particular movie
A female actor is properly spoken of as an actress. There is no need for two words where one will do perfectly well.
Jorge Prieto: Look up "hyperbole" in the dictionary.
She was an actress!
Oscar for Farrah. Fantastic play. Fantastic.
I am 44 yrs old and I think I was the last generation to had shop in the woolworth stores before they closed thier doors.
Yes I’m originally from San Antonio Texas and right in the middle of downtown Woolworth store was my favorite to shop and have a vanilla shake ....
I remember finding $3.00 at Woolworth's.
@@NenaSilva210 the Woolworth's in Australia is NOT associated with the Woolworth's in the U.S., they just used the name.
Yes, I believe we are the last generation of Woolworth shoppers.
I'm 39 and I remember shopping them!
I remember this when it was on TV but today I see Farrah's beauty and elegance she is perfection the designer matched her perfectly
Enjoyed this thoroughly. Barbara Hutton had such a sad life.Being rich is not what I thought it would be!I am thankful to be poor!
Do not be. Just have enough money to pay your bills, buy food, clothes and live a decent life and do not worry about if you have a food tomorrow despite you work your butt off.
Thank you for the beautiful movie.
Good cast.
Love Farrah.
❤
thanks for the support, hope you seen the part 1 first ?
My father told me at a very young age. When you have status in society everyone wants to be your friend or get close to you, but when you have nothing or lose that status then nobody wants to know you or talk to you anymore.
true but not always
This is basic human nature. Look at the lyrics of Billie Holiday's God Bless The Child. It says exactly what you just said in song lyrics.
As a longtime fan, it's fun to see Farrah with different hair styles, away from her ultra-famous feathered long hair. Thank you for this upload.
thanks for support
Probably my fave farrah Fawcett movie. By this time she had matured into a great actress
FARRAH FAWCETT WAS A GREAT ACTRESS AND WAS KNOWN AS THE MINI SERIES QUEEN 🤗🤗 SHE WAS INCREDIBLE 👍👍🤩🤩
The queen
Great acting Miss Farrah !! 💕💗💋
as a lot of us
Farrah was and always be my fave. God Bless her RIP beautiful Angel
NOBODY is resting in peace unless they are saved----------read the Gospel of John and know the truth and be saved yourself!
Such a good/sad movie. Farrah is amazing in this!
yes so great and a fantastic cast, thanks for your support.
I dont think carey used her..
Hate to say it but Barbara Hutton is really daft.
Carey cared about her. He was a successful actor so he didn't need her cash or status yet the Counts and Princes did, which says Alot really....
I despise her. Awful, selfish woman.
What a great watch on a rainy day off. Thanks for putting this on. :)
Hello 👋how are you doing?
R.I.P. BEAUTIFUL AND STUNNING FARRAH FAWCETT 🙏🙏

Binge-watched this while nursing a really awful case of flu. It really entertained me while I had to stay in bed.
Farrah plays this role to perfection. N so lovely.......until life takes its toll as we age.
So rich but so damaged , very sad

And you're so true. Thanks for the support :)
She didn't need to get up early and go to work. That's why.
