Hey mate - everyone has their own opinions. For myself, I always rush Grimgor first try to kill hi by turn 8ish and finish wiping him out over the next few turns. I like to Region trade with Kholek for extra cash also. If you want cheap hobgobins, you can also take out Zhatan and build his landmark.
