After 8 Months of build Camp Epic is finally finished and open for business. Thanks so much to everyone who came out and helped! On to the next project!
What was the ballpark investment required for all of the upgrades you've done to the property? Also did you get into any weird permitting headaches with zoning and building and such?
How has camp epic worked out for you, anything you’d do differently if you were to start again . We are thinking of doing something similar here in Ireland
Having a proper budget set at the beginning would of been nice. We where kinda working in stages as we got money, sold houses ect. So I never could just get fully stuck in and was always juggling the timeline and what I could afford to do. Other than that maybe a proper staff quarters would of been good, I guess you focus so much on what the client's gonna see and forget a bit about running it. that's probably what we will sort over winter.
Wow looks very cool. Good job mate and best of luck.
Nice one man, just in time for the summer!
Shot bro. You should come visit
Whose the stud at 1:24?
Congrats to you and your family man. Camp looks great.
