Nobody is introvert here, we are ambivert & most of us like to speak, like to express ourselves. But due to hesitation, shyness we most often avoid to talk, it's not like we are intelligent or something....social skills are important & we should TRY our best to express ourselves so that we can make networks, friends...Being an ambivert is quite good because then it more depend on you what you are going to do, to speak or to be quite.

I feel talking less and not expressing oneself are two different things. I believe stress and tension you are talking about arises from not expressing oneself. As much as dumb the solution sounds for this, the only solution is trying to express ourselves continuously. You can only know what others feel when we ask or talk about it otherwise you'll end up creating scenarios in your mind which might never happen.

Zero was never invented or discovered by Aryabhatt! He created a one-of-a-kind symbol for mathematical purposes.
Why did he do this.. If the concept of zero existed prior to Aryabhatta, why is a simple mathematical symbol so important to us?
In reality, there are two ways to write a number. The first is a symboling form, and the second is an alphabetic form. Prior to the discovery of zero, people used to represent numbers primarily alphabetically, such as 'ten,' 'hundred,' and so on.
But there was a problem..In the symbolic system, after each set of ten numbers, we used to use a different set of numbers whose complexity gradually increases with increasing numerical values, similar to how Roman numbers do. It was extremely difficult to remember the higher order numbers in this manner. What Aryabhatt did to solve this problem was both unique and crucial.
Because of its simplicity, the properties of zero make the number system much easier to memorise.

I feel talking less and not expressing oneself are two different things. I believe stress and tension you are talking about arises from not expressing oneself. As much as dumb the solution sounds for this, the only solution is trying to express ourselves continuously. You can only know what others feel when we ask or talk about it otherwise you'll end up creating scenarios in your mind which might never happen.
