damn that was probably the most dark but brilliant comment I've ever heard in my life from this man love it
William Shatner is someone I will remember until I myself cease to be. He is one of very few contemporaries I would dearly love to have personally known. His fame is the vessel of this small regret, but his passion and appreciation for the life he has had is the force that will propel it forever onwards in my thoughts.
I hope Larry wasn't fearful in death. He can rejoice in his legacy. And rest in peace🙏
I read in an interview Larry did before he died that he overcame his fear of death spontaneously for no apparent reason. Nothing changed, yet it happened. That's an invaluable win, I'd say.
at this point it doesn't matter ... and nobody would like a "rest in peace" ...
@@napakamu9670 i read once that is not rare when someone very old its about to die. Probably some biological reason
Way to jinx the cameraman
Loved the depth of the conversation. Very philosophical and deep.
Deep? More like stupidity.
Death came....RIP Larry 👑
Rip Larry♥️
Don't fear of death..be grateful you got 1 more day to live.
What is so special about life?
@@mitch5222 Not special I think.. as I grow older, life is getting repetitive and boring.
@@raazbabbar3550 thats scares me already. Wish i had courage to opt out of live.
@@raazbabbar3550 what, nothing? Special is only a word because of it.
@@mitch5222 ask a kid with one of those diseases at St. Jude's or Schriners hospital. To them, every hour is precious and they appreciate the moment they are living in.
Shatner is correct, nobody will remember us for very long, we are almost an accident of the universe, by the way the universe itself will also eventually be gone
I am so appreciative to everyone who has contributed to The Anthology of Star Trek stories.
Thank You.
RIP YOU WILL ALWAYS EXIST
What was that remark about the camera man dying first?
Aw I remember Butler.
May you live on in the Nexus, Bill ...
OMG! Thi is the same guy from Boston Legal.
I'm shocked!
Don't be scared Bill. You're dynamic energy is gonna leave the clay pot you're temporarily in and return to the one who created it.
William Statner?
Death is a fiction
How come thier eyes are red Like drug addicts or alcoholics ?
Old age!!
Bill you need Jesus
Jesus thats a bit of a downer. I wouldnt agree with that, I think its just good to be alive at all and I do think we are remembered for as long as possible. Is it forever? Maybe not but who needs it? Technically all of time and all of matter stays about the same so I think there is the possibility of there being some sort of record of you that people will enjoy and look back on. People still look for the dinosaur bones and those guys have been dead for millions of years
Only people that fear death are the ones that don't know God , or have no relationship with his son Jesus. Death is nothing to be afraid of. Because it's just transition to your eternal journey.
Allow people to not believe. Stop trying to change everyone's minds. It is disrespectful to do that. Your opinion is just your own. Keep it that way.
@@peterbedford449 Dude he is stating an opinion, if you don't like it, put your big boy pants and deal with it snowflake
@@misterclownface Read Deuteronomy 29:29 my friend
And what makes you so sure that Christian Jesus is the real god? Do you not think it’s a bit of a coincidence that the religion which happens to be the one which is most prevalent in the culture you were born into happens to also be the “right” one? Isn’t it lucky that you weren’t born into a place in the world which worships one of the thousands of other gods who people believe in?
Believing in God and religion is pathetic enough, but believe that the God and religion that happens to be the most convenient to you is just plain lazy.
In heaven he isn't.
S.
Sad both reject Jesus.
Just call on Jesus. It's either He paid the price on the cross for you or you spend eternity paying off a debt that you can't. Hell is forever. Heaven is forever. Simple
Eternal torture is worse than even just nothing
Religious simpleton.
Typical responses from 2 characters who don't believe in Jesus. Sad.
What’s sad about facing reality as it is?
Believing in an invisible sky daddy because it makes you feel better is a lot more sad.
Your reality is forever, from the moment you’re born to the moment you die, that is all you will ever know. So in a weird way, you do live forever, everyone loves forever within their lives. Before your born and after you die are no longer part of your reality, and therefore forever is our whole life.
