Ultimate difficulty is a mess. There are matches where the AI just throws out your keeper to make the player concede. That being said, best setting for Ultimate difficulty is to keep line height at zero and width at ten. That way, you can get players behind the ball and the AI doesn't ping passes through your players.
10 Things You Should Not Do In FIFA 23 Career Mode: 1. Bump up the difficulty 2. Change the sliders 3. Play a match on easy 4. Skip negotiations 5. Buy generic players 6. Use highlights 7. Visual sim 8. Take off handball 9. Take off bookings 10. Take off offside 👍
They actually need to change when signing contracts with new clubs. They should give us an option to choose if going immediately or in the winter/summer when the transfer market opens
I think in career mode you should start at a 1 star club then build yourself up as the seasons go on rather than pick any club to start with or at least it should be an option
It is a option you can start with any club in any league but I get you shouldn't force people to start in a Lower league club im doing lower league saves in fifa 23 there fun and add a lot of options mainly with these teams I like to sign free players or cheap players mostly 30+.
@@declangaming24 i know but I'm saying it should be an option start at the bottom. I'm sure this it was like that for this is football 2005 done this bit that was extreme you'd start with a school team if I remember correctly
@@cheesenugget3254that’s what I did in fifa 22 and I gave myself the minimum transfer budget of 1 mil I stopped after 7 seasons and my average team rating is about 92 rated it was very fun and more rewarding that an authentic club
Ultimate + Competitor + Player based difficulty is THE most unrealistic thing. Ultimate WITHOUT Competitor or Player based difficulty makes sense at the end of the day, adds more intensity
Career Mode just sucks at current FIFA Games. Manager Mode in FIFA 14 Mobile is way better. Although simming still a bad idea because the AI is Jherwin minded. One time, I simmed my very first match and it was a disaster, my player got booked for a red card and one of them got injured and I lost 1 nil against a team that I could actually beat and the board is looking for a replacement. I'm playing for Chesterfield and they have no objectives other than reaching Round 5 of the domestic cup, qualify for the playoff and extend a player's contract. For me, if you don't actually have enough time to play Career Mode, just don't play the game or just do friendly matches with the Kick Off Mode.
Honestly I don’t have anything too crazy or unrealistic happening in Ultimate. It’s realistic and players who would normally be really good in real life do that. I win all the time
Personally I put them all on, I feel it's no use playing the game without being challenged and you also get more satisfaction knowing you can outplay the AI.
I love the position changing option I don't buy players anymore if I have to normally I just changed the positions of the people that I have I have too many in one position but I'll just go to the position changer and change them to something else I must admit FIFA has been pretty lame but I will say I do love FIFA 23
Unlimite level alongside competitive mode and player difficulty on is not that hard tbh. Just jokey when the AI is doing their crazy skills and you're good to go
Ultimate difficulty isn’t that difficult tbh, you learn how to play against ai it’s actually a very good level. For me I find it the best level for my ability. I don’t win all my games but as my team has gotten better I won the bundesliga, but still lost in the pokal to a second division side. For me it’s just like real life, where if you underestimate an opponent they may turn the game around or something like that. It’s been really fun for me in fifa 22 and 23. Before that from fifa 20 to fifa 21, ultimate difficulty was a mess, and it was too hard and sometimes way too easygoing.
Gotta be honest, I never realised that there was a big difference between rest and recovery days in the calendar. Might have to keep an eye on that in future. The unreliability of quick simming kind of makes things more realistic in a way. Look at how many times teams can pull off an unexpected win, like Brentford beating Man City at the Etihad that other day. I prefer quick simming to the Playable Highlights.
These videos are getting boring I want to explain something to you half of these things we already know long calender sims are fine as long as you renew the contracts before the season starts also having decent depth will help also do sign older players or players with contract expiring in 12 months.

I like quick simming. I never lose when playing so it gets boring so losing in quick simming adds a bit of spice
0:48 i can confirm.
I dont wanna sound like a jerk, but Ultimate is honestly not hard at all.
Are you using custom sliders?
@@tfswag4317 Yeah, for increased realism. Its the standard ones you can find online.
@@tfswag4317 no sliders for me. It’s basically cheating imo
what’s your sliders for increased realism?
Same for me
I find Ultimate difficulty different on 3 minute halves, when I boost it up to 6 I find i get a more realistic game imo

I took Shrewsbury from league 1 to finishing 16th in the prem in 3 seasons ... we won the EFL CUP in the championship and are in the eulc
I'm alright with the ultimate difficulty with the competitor/player based mode on... The other ways ain't challenging
Based on difficulty like the match changes like when they do a foul to you u don’t beat the penalty or change just the npc difficulty

Ultimate difficulty with cpu pass setting at 60% passing super realistic feel and the cpu makes more mistakes
My youth player was a 67 rating but he incredible shooting (he’s a LWB so I changed him to LM)

I do just fine on Ultimate difficulty ☺️
I have never received a job offer on manager career mode despite winning the prem, carabao and fa cup with palace...anyone else have this issue?
You need to request a transfer as a manager
Me spending over 326 million for mbappé and grinding for 5 seasons 💀💀😅
🤣
After all, it’s your career mode, if getting mbappe is what you really want, than absolutely go for it.
You do these things career mode will be worse simple as. 👍🏻
Do you mean manager mode?
ultimate is too easy like i want new difficulty
Impossible difficulty, you like? It consists of moving goal post and you can easily get a red card if you're not in advantage.
Ultimate is easy a f. Legendary is actually harder as the AI cheats a hell of a lot more
@TheMasterBucks are you watching this mate

I play on professional and against the strong teams is hard enough 🤔
