After soaking I will use wet paper towel method and some direct plant into soil. To see which method works best. Can I ask what temperature were the seeds in containers kept at for germination to take place?
That's normal. Temperature affects germination and crop growth in general so you get faster results in warmer climates. I live in a warm climate. To get faster results in winter you may have to use a heating pad.

Best of luck! The seeds in the container were kept in the room at room temperature (about 30C since it was in a warm climate)
During winter I did this method.... I got the sprouting seeds at day 35-40...whereas in summer I did I got the result in 15 days..
