I also think that _"The Storm of 1966"_ was one of those defining moments. It's at the very beginning of the game, the first time we see the Storm and its effects in action, and was done in a spectacularly cinematic fashion. It really sets the tone for what we could expect from the rest of the story.
I'd have mostly the same picks but something that personally stuck with me was Ulrich walking in on Lucy and 5.5 as a whole, the latter of which I feel like encompasses the game's all about through Greta's POV. great picks nonetheless :)

Reverse 1999 truly has so many memorable moments for better and for worse. I can't help but be admirative of Bleupoch for their storytelling skills. Another moments which are deeply implemented in my brain would be the ping pong scene with madam z and the chess scene between Constantine and Vertin which end by a chilling checkmate.
You should consider making RUclips short for each of these cinematic scenes so that it will reach out to more audiences. Not many people, except for veteran players, would watch a whole 20 mins video. But I do appreciate the effort. I also want this game to reach out to more people yet I lack the resources to do so..

I agree. Though I just find the other Storms in the story to have more build-up and weight in them.
