I found you and Dr Joe about ten years ago Gregg. Or maybe you's two found me? I have gained much wonder and fullness 🤍 gratitude for clarity of the power I possess... eternal gratitude.
When the artist Prince died, it really broke my heart. Became very interested real quick to be a picture of him and I did it in about two days. I’ve been a painter in my whole life and artistic person, but that turned out pretty good, but it was somewhat motivating to do that and then I went on to create more paintings and do that on occasion, I’ve painted tons of different things I like Anything and then I went to some ancient Cape paintings from France. I just was so inspired by the sadness, but it was so beautiful to just be positive and that’s when I get feeling hurt or I’m stressed. The best thing I can do is just go paint something or just you know go out in the yard garden and grow a lot of vegetables fruits. My sources for maintaining my humanity. And I know so many people have to still work and stuff I’m older but I will tell you when you’re stressed lay down do something positive even if it’s you play a game that you like or you read something you like or you just sleep or you go outside outside is the most beautiful thing you can do especially if there’s some sunshine out And it’s always about creating. Copper strings and beads make a bracelet about creating. Create a ring.. Art and Earth time is the best medicine🌞Do I do it every day no cause I get busy, but that is my go to whatever I like when I do it.
I practiced Dr. Joe's pineal gland meditation for a while. It was relaxing, but I never had the experience he talks about in this video, but many had. I had more success with his other meditations.
There is another gland involved in this process that very few ever even mention , in fact I am 58 yrs old and only learned of this gland about 6 mos. Ago. It's called the "Lydig" and/or "Lyden" gland both are acceptable, this gland is located below the navel about a hands width, there are a couple of videos on YT but info is limited also Wikipedia.

Dear, dear brother xd. I've heard a few podcasts and the vision you explain so excellent and lovingly, is exactly 'IT'! 'It' being the road for humanity towards a loving authentic society you wish for everybody. The day or so before I heard the first podcast with you, I had a great breakthrough after searching for very long. I decided to heal meself and the world by doing chores ( I'm a proud mother of two magnificent sons) while breathing in a certain way and going into my heartbrain and a certain 'vibe'. And the next day or so, there you were explaining exactly what I had 'seen' and was practising. I am SO happy you have the science, the platforms and the best way of sharing this with all our brothers and sisters. Cause I am a simple mother wondering like 'the world needs to know this!' because I knew (after searching for very long) that THIS IS the WAY forward. But I am just me and I dont have ( nor want 😂) platforms. I can't expres my gratitude enough to you. You were 'made' for this, the way you explain, your inner attitude that is so rich and compasionate. The science to support it. You have everything needed to let the world know. So I want to thank you for doing so. For having become who you have become 🙏. I mean this from the bottom of my heart. I know you will face a lot of resistance for I know how I have been treated by many my whole life: as an enemy. (While a smaller group ppl just love and trust me naturally). Thank you Gregg for sharing this Gaia video.I found you, I believe in the late 90s or 2000s. I lost my way for awhile but I've been doing heart brain coherence and other meditations from Dr Joe (along with other meditations) for about three years. Unfortunately it's been a bit piecemeal and so I hadn't really understood the entire pineal gland process. This video brought it together for me. I love how diverse your talks/vidoes are and how educated you are on so many subjects. Thank you again.
Sad thing is the government around the world are so screwed up that they’re wrecking our natural abilities. We can still have them, but it makes it more difficult as we worry about safety and our children grandchildren, and what this world has become. We have to transcend through it. But I myself a realist. I have to see all sides. I can’t just be in La La Land. I have to incorporate the good the bad and the ugly. And then relax and try to incorporate the body to know the Soul.

Slight correction of the location: your Pineal gland sits higher up, in the middle of the space between the back of your eyes and the back of your head. I find that accurate visualization is key...
In 2014 I was just in it strange place I was getting ready to leave long relationship and we were you know it was all kind of on the up and up. And I was kind of getting ready. I just had a lot of packing and stuff to do it’s gonna take me a couple months, we’re just kind of slowly doing it..I wasn’t new age at all, but I just decided to listen to someone and it was a meditation and it was talking about going into your brain and you know what’s going on and I saw something in my brain I saw like at some point Snapshot of my brain. And I saw a couple of dark spots on it. I took a picture back then, but some of them are gone. I then became so ready to Paint just for days in between my job and stuff I had to do I just I just started painting and never painted the picture of my brain, but I remember how it looked And I had probably a year later. I had an actual awakening and I wasn’t very new age at all. And I had been through a lot and one day something came over me and I just fell flat to the ground and I just cried and I my little white Chihuahua I had two Chihuahuas, but the white one followed me everywhere Around that time and after that time for a week and a half couldn’t even know that something happened and about two years before we went out to watch the Pleiades situation that happens and we had a very clear night and I went out. Watch a little bit it was early like 1030 started go back in the house and I thought now I’m wait a minute and I saw a big don’t know what it was. I’ve tried to look it up. I don’t see anything, none of our neighbors were outside. It was on, but it was huge. It was something and it went right over where I was standing and I could see the orange in the front and orange in the back and that changed me and that made me really strong and it made me say you know what I have decisions to make in this relationship and I’m going to make them. And I did it only took me a year and a half to do it but I did and I spoke about it. I was forthright and it wasn’t easy place to live especially at the end but I believe it was 2015 or 16. that low flying object went over my house I can see the wobble. I could even see the wobble in it and the orange in the front and the orange in the back. I tried to look it up, I didn’t see anybody reporting it but like I said in my street no one was even outside so I’ll never know but I know that was an awakening and about a year. I had a literally awakening where all of a sudden home I was on the ground and I was just sobbing and I just said, the universe is perfect. I am grateful to the existence of my life. So I painted a picture and again I wasn’t a new age person. I wasn’t following any of it, but I had read a few things and I had had a couple of listening to somebody.. a month before..I fell to the floor that day and out of the ashes comes strength.
I sometime meditate when I wake up in between 1-4pm. During those times I often experience buzzing and vibrating in my pineal gland. Sometimes I hear voices or leave my body after the buzzing. It usually scares me so I come back quickly. Does anyone else experience buzzing or vibrating in pineal gland

I'm just wondering how necessary information like this is where someone like Buddha became enlightened thousands of years ago without knowing any of it. I feel a search for this kind of left brained knowledge and understanding of reality is just a never ending rabbit hole that will never really lead to the ultimate truth where a simple acceptance of the present moment whether peasant or unpleasant will.
Buddha's meditation techniques were nothing new even for that time. Hindu sages were doing for thousands of years before him..alot of these teachings are covered in vedic scriptures, but the messaging may not be as clear as this
@@lavanniarajalingam50 From my understanding of Buddhism, Siddhartha practiced under different teachers but found their practices unsatisfactory so he experimented by himself until he discovered the middle way that lead to his enlightenment.

For instance, he knew that the spiritual Truth was to be found by looking inwards, as Hindus have been doing for millennia before him, rather the outwards like the Greek philosophers, who also discovered great physical Truths that way.

I’ve had a very gray spring a few sunny days, but very cool way cooler weather that we were having a few years ago last year the year before and for many years. I claim it’s because of all the bombs that they’re doing in other countries because we have these people that are whining about climate change, and yet some of those same people are so gung ho for these wars I noticed a difference. I live by Mount Saint Helens and when that blue that changed our weather the whole summer, there’s in Italy when things erupt changes the weather. So when these activists wanna tell us about global change and yet they’re backing these people that are doing these wars. I hate to be negative but this is ridiculous. iPhone to Taiwan right after tubo Luna blow up and that changed the weather too. But they all right around they’re being jets and they keep pushing these wars. I know these words have a big impact on our climate. You can’t be bombing a country countries bombing each other for three years and I have a impact on the world. We’ve had the most gray weather in Western Washington. Yes, OK, but no, it’s a lot of wind And more rain, which you know least we won’t be in a drought but tired of governments or anybody telling us what’s right and wrong. We as humans we’ve been here we’ve been here. God knows where some of us have came from. We need to put her foot down and say this is not right. Just leave people alone. Let us be and we will be the best we can be.

From the use of the term "frequency," we can see that you want to lightly influence people who are fascinated by that term. Saying "there are frequencies in the field" is nonsense because frequency is simply a measure of something's vibration. So, it's like saying "it consists of many lengths" when length is a measure of an object's extent. In a field of SOMETHING, that SOMETHING must EXIST, and then it VIBRATES at a certain rate per second, or has a frequency. I found you and Dr Joe about ten years ago Gregg. Or maybe you's two found me? I have gained much wonder and fullness 🤍 gratitude for clarity of the power I possess... eternal gratitude.
When the artist Prince died, it really broke my heart. Became very interested real quick to be a picture of him and I did it in about two days. I’ve been a painter in my whole life and artistic person, but that turned out pretty good, but it was somewhat motivating to do that and then I went on to create more paintings and do that on occasion, I’ve painted tons of different things I like Anything and then I went to some ancient Cape paintings from France. I just was so inspired by the sadness, but it was so beautiful to just be positive and that’s when I get feeling hurt or I’m stressed. The best thing I can do is just go paint something or just you know go out in the yard garden and grow a lot of vegetables fruits. My sources for maintaining my humanity. And I know so many people have to still work and stuff I’m older but I will tell you when you’re stressed lay down do something positive even if it’s you play a game that you like or you read something you like or you just sleep or you go outside outside is the most beautiful thing you can do especially if there’s some sunshine out And it’s always about creating. Copper strings and beads make a bracelet about creating. Create a ring.. Art and Earth time is the best medicine🌞Do I do it every day no cause I get busy, but that is my go to whatever I like when I do it.
I practiced Dr. Joe's pineal gland meditation for a while. It was relaxing, but I never had the experience he talks about in this video, but many had. I had more success with his other meditations.
There is another gland involved in this process that very few ever even mention , in fact I am 58 yrs old and only learned of this gland about 6 mos. Ago.
It's called the "Lydig" and/or "Lyden" gland both are acceptable, this gland is located below the navel about a hands width, there are a couple of videos on YT

Dear, dear brother xd. I've heard a few podcasts and the vision you explain so excellent and lovingly, is exactly 'IT'!
'It' being the road for humanity towards a loving authentic society you wish for everybody.
The day or so before I heard the first podcast with you, I had a great breakthrough after searching for very long. I decided to heal meself and the world by doing chores ( I'm a proud mother of two magnificent sons) while breathing in a certain way and going into my heartbrain and a certain 'vibe'. And the next day or so, there you were explaining exactly what I had 'seen' and was practising. I am SO happy you have the science, the platforms and the best way of sharing this with all our brothers and sisters. Cause I am a simple mother wondering like 'the world needs to know this!' because I knew (after searching for very long) that THIS IS the WAY forward. But I am just me and I dont have ( nor want 😂) platforms.
I can't expres my gratitude enough to you. You were 'made' for this, the way you explain, your inner attitude that is so rich and compasionate. The science to support it. Sad thing is the government around the world are so screwed up that they’re wrecking our natural abilities. We can still have them, but it makes it more difficult as we worry about safety and our children grandchildren, and what this world has become. We have to transcend through it. But I myself a realist. I have to see all sides. I can’t just be in La La Land. I have to incorporate the good the bad and the ugly. And then relax and try to incorporate the body to know the Soul.

In 2014 I was just in it strange place I was getting ready to leave long relationship and we were you know it was all kind of on the up and up. And I was kind of getting ready. I just had a lot of packing and stuff to do it’s gonna take me a couple months, we’re just kind of slowly doing it..I wasn’t new age at all, but I just decided to listen to someone and it was a meditation and it was talking about going into your brain and you know what’s going on and I saw something in my brain I saw like at some point Snapshot of my brain. And I saw a couple of dark spots on it. I took a picture back then, but some of them are gone. I then became so ready to Paint just for days in between my job and stuff I had to do I just I just started painting and never painted the picture of my brain, but I remember how it looked And I had probably a year later. I had an actual awakening and I wasn’t very new age at all. And I had been through a lot and one day something came over me and I just fell flat to the ground and I just cried and I my little white Chihuahua I had two Chihuahuas, but the white one followed me everywhere Around that time and after that time for a week and a half couldn’t even know that something happened and about two years before we went out to watch the Pleiades situation that happens and we had a very clear night and I went out. Watch a little bit it was early like 1030 started go back in the house and I thought now I’m wait a minute and I saw a big don’t know what it was. I’ve tried to look it up. I don’t see anything, none of our neighbors were outside. It was on, but it was huge. It was something and it went right over where I was standing and I could see the orange in the front and orange in the back and that changed me and that made me really strong and it made me say you know what I have decisions to make in this relationship and I’m going to make them. And I did it only took me a year and a half to do it but I did and I spoke about it. I was forthright and it wasn’t easy place to live especially at the end but I believe it was 2015 or 16. that low flying object went over my house I can see the wobble. I could even see the wobble in it and the orange in the front and the orange in the back. I tried to look it up, I didn’t see anybody reporting it but like I said in my street no one was even outside so I’ll never know but I know that was an awakening and about a year. I had a literally awakening where all of a sudden home I was on the ground and I was just sobbing and I just said, the universe is perfect. I am grateful to the existence of my life. So I painted a picture and again I wasn’t a new age person. I wasn’t following any of it, but I had read a few things and I had had a couple of listening to somebody.. a month before..I fell to the floor that day and out of the ashes comes strength.

I sometime meditate when I wake up in between 1-4pm. During those times I often experience buzzing and vibrating in my pineal gland. Sometimes I hear voices or leave my body after the buzzing. I'm just wondering how necessary information like this is where someone like Buddha became enlightened thousands of years ago without knowing any of it. I feel a search for this kind of left brained knowledge and understanding of reality is just a never ending rabbit hole that will never really lead to the ultimate truth where a simple acceptance of the present moment whether peasant or unpleasant will.
That's because the brain actually isn't all that important.
Buddha's meditation techniques were nothing new even for that time. Hindu sages were doing for thousands of years before him..alot of these teachings are covered in vedic scriptures, but the messaging may not be as clear as this

I’ve had a very gray spring a few sunny days, but very cool way cooler weather that we were having a few years ago last year the year before and for many years. I claim it’s because of all the bombs that they’re doing in other countries because we have these people that are whining about climate change, and yet some of those same people are so gung ho for these wars I noticed a difference.
