Well, the way Artem abused of his ''boss title'' at a nxx meeting where all the members are equal in roles and free to choose what to do is really problematic from many points of view and should be addressed with attention and not so lightly and funny. It is not amusing at all, having your actions or freedom of choice restricted by the boss ''who knows what is best for you''. Such behavior with the employees can cause him even demise from his job because it is considered a harassment and abuse of title. Imagine you being put in a real situation like this, not specifically with Artem as boss, but with anyone else in that role, you would surely feel uncomfortable and not so blind. Sadly Rosa is blinded by her admiration for Artem but career wise, hence she fails to see the threads Artem is slowly binding her hands with, enclosing her in a bubble where he can watch over her, tell her always what to do and what is good or bad for her and expecting her to comply. If you are into this stuff and find it romantic, I am sincerely sorry for you and I hope you will never have to ever experience a real life situation like this because it is traumatic and really leaves scars.

Tbh its not power abuse if you think about it.
1. he is the one who remind Rosa that they still have job to do, which the case is still connected with the NXX case.
2. he clearly make a statement that what he would do and Rosa do still inline with their job, and of course they still have to do their responsibilty as a Themis law attorney and NXX members.
3. Isn't that Rosa is on the edge here because everyone pushing Rosa to "help" them. He 'use' his title as her partner to help her.
4. He still ask Rosa whether she feel to object about his decision
If you read the next chapter you will see that Artem feel guilty about making decision for Rosa though and say his apology 😊😊😊
