Israel is most definitely not the most expensive country going by that example.. A medium size juice would be 10 Australian dollars and the falafel would be at least 12 Aus. That's it. Two items for the equivalent of 15 us dollars. Australia is inflating like purple bubble gum violet in Willy Wonka chocolate factory.
