    Mango Lassi is a popular treditional yogurt based
    drink from the Indian subcontinent. key ingredients
    are used in this recipe are yogurt, sugar, dry fruits,
    and mango pulp or fresh mango. This Mango Lassi is very quick, healthy, easy, energytic.
    Prepration time-10 minutes
    Ingredients:
    Ripe mango(peeled, chopped, deseeded)-2(250 gr)
    Yogurt/curd(plain)-250gm
    Sugar-50 gm
    Chia seeds 1-tea spoon
    Chopped cashew and pistachio-2 tsp, (chopped nuts)
