Absolutely Wonderful! The Peachy Beige is nicely balanced with the white. I'm glad to see You're okay working with particle board. You made a Beautiful Piece and saved it from going in the garbage!
Just so you know, I rarely "comment". Not only have you been wonderfully creative with this piece, but have proven yourself to be Incredibly brave. I can honestly say that I would NEVER Have looked at this dresser twice. I don't think of myself as being a furniture snob, always having to remake a piece with a brand name. I think you were very courageous for taking this on. Bravo, respectfully, Katie Anderson
Gosh, thank you for saying all of that! I decided since I had already paid for it, there was no going back and nothing to lose. So, might as well make it one big experiment!
How simply satisfying in its' graceful and dainty excellence. Thank you for your sight in following thru with the hard work. I could do that ,I think, now.
Hearty Greetings Tracy from Georgian Bay, Canada! I do enjoy watching your videos and what magic you create with your transfers and stencils. This wee piece looks just lovely - very pretty and boy what a save! Kudos to You! :-) MQH
I didn’t know that about the water based primer and particle board, thanks for telling us!! Do you wait until the stencil is dry before you remove it? Also have you considered painting the sides of the drawers? I just wondered if there was a reason you didn’t. The result was fabulous!! Truly beautiful!!♥️. The editing also is wonderful!
You don't want water-based anything to sit for long on particle board - it will swell and expand. Because my brush is so dry when I stencil, the paint dries almost immediately. If it were to still be wet, yes, I would wait. I've painted the sides of drawers before. These drawers were so clean that it made sense not to spend time on them. Thanks so much!

Thank you! Even though it was particle board with water damage, overall it still is a solid, sturdy piece.
Another beauty! I can see this dresser in a little girls room with lots of fluffy toys. So, so pretty! 😊
Thank you! Oh! I can picture that, too!
