Rosalina has her Yellow Luma, Peach has a Pink Persian Cat named Apricot. She is pink and fluffy with a blue collar and even a crown. And Daisy has an Orange Spaniel Dog called Rose. When I made Rose up I thought should she be yellow and orange or orange and yellow. Then I thought I'll make her orange and yellow. So only her paws, tail and tummy are yellow. The rest of her is orange. Rose also has brown furry spaniel ears, a crown and a collar and of course a long pink tongue. Like most friendly dogs.
I never paid attention there are so few orange characters and almost all of them are females. That's oddly easier for me to forgive presence of female orange characters and absence of male orange characters than presence of female pink characters and absence of male pink characters. Orange is oddly easy for me to ignore. I'm glad I didn't hear or read that orange is a feminine color as many times as pink so I don't care that in this game almost all orange characters are females.
