I genuinely can’t lie the talk on fatherhood and the regret of not spending time with your grandparent that’s degrading struck a cord so deep I couldn’t help but start crying.

When you guys were talking about fulfillment and working hard toward something it reminded me of a quote I wrote down that I got from Reddit years ago that I look back at when I either lose motivation or lose fulfillment. “It took understanding and internalizing the possibility of death for me to understand that I wasn’t really living my life.” Kind of dark, but speaks to me.

Coming from a female supporter these are golden podcasts and thank you guys for thanking the time and caring enough to speak on these important topics..I feel Like Dominic is part of my family the way he speaks and how he was raised just reminds me of my parents they are together 30 years hard working Italian living people from New Jersey and I just didn’t expect the world to be different then that I thought I was going to grow up the way they instilled morals ect into me..but the world Now is so different I two wish sometimes I wasn’t born now❤️
This just shows you that were so lucky to have been raised the way that we were. We have to be the ones to continue to instill these values for generations to come.

I know this comment is a couple months late but I'm 21 years old and I have the same opinions that you guys have! It's very interesting and in my opinion it all relates back to how a person was raised and also what they are exposed to so I completely agree what was said in this podcast. Also, this podcast underrated AF, it's very cool what messages that are being relayed through the highest influencers and I appreciate all of you guys!
Awesome podcast! Great stories from you guys. I’m 26 been at the company I’m at for couple years now. It’s a great job don’t mind it and get paid well. I agree with people who don’t wanna work in our generation. Every harvest season we get people who work then ask if they’ll get unemployment because that’s all they care about to not work and are just lazy. I wish I could agree with the part of the company letting people who dedicate themselves show up everyday to get moved up. Instead they look elsewhere for experience. But thanks for the stories. I bleed your brand and definitely sweat raw,Thavage pre and take protein. I’m loyal and reliable 🙏🏼

Re: job hopping Employers are not loyal to you, so why be loyal to them? At the end of the day: fock you, pay me. People GOOD at their jobs are worth every penny and should be paid accordingly. Now, if you find that unicorn job with good pay/benefits/work&life balance then by all means stay. Plus, there are certain fields where you move so you can continue to grow your skills (remain relevant) and not stagnate.
@@McNetDeck your not wrong, but one this you have to understand is jumping from job to job for a few more bucks and hour can prevent you from earning your "career" position by grinding and showing loyalty. I have guest that started with me as janitors making 10 an hour now close to breaking 100k a year..... because they showed the hustle. How can you prove anything by jumping shit anytime someone flashes something shiny in your face.
