My favorite part of this song definitely has to be "it was completely terrifying, but it's so so exciting... he said I was brilliant, and I could change the world." It just....makes me really happy.
I remember listening to this when I first got into Doctor Who at 11, and now as a 20 year old I look back and miss those days so much. Always keep your inner child, that wonder. Don't ever let that spark die.
i was also 11 when watching this but im 15. god i loved doctor who. i was obsessed. everyone around me didnt though and i got bullied for it but here i am 4 years later and i still love it!!
Am I the only one who noticed that when they are on the computer screen, it says Bad Wolf instead of RUclips, the language options are Gallifrey and English, and instead of an ad, it has the Torchwood logo?
The original series had several instances of multiple TARDIS in the same time and place, from the Master's materializing inside the Doctor's, to all the Doctors using the same TARDIS at the end of the 20th anniversary special, yet all leaving separately.
I didn't get into the show until Capaldi and I haven't left it. I've seen every episode since 1963 now including recons/animations of the missing ones. It's really cool to see the show gaining some traction again (honestly for the first time since I started watching it)
I love how each different Doctor has a different item that represents them 3: cape 4: Jelly Babies 5: celery stick 6; poems 7: brolly 9: banana 10: 3-D glasses+trench coat 11: Bow tie/Fez Etc
joshuabump9123 you know, a Time Lord is always too busy to watch RUclips again, not even have time to check Google..... even though they have all the time in the world
Wait, i just realized something.... if Donna acquired a timelord mind and she knew how to fix the chameleon circuit, doesn't that mean the Doctor knows how fix it too???
At "Jorney's end" Donna says that she could come up with ideias that the Doctor couldn't because he's only Time Lord, "missing" the human part, "that gut instinct that comes hand in hand with Planet Earth" (in her words). So he would never find the solution, even with all his knowledge.
He knows exactly how but chooses not too. Even if he couldn’t he’s encountered enough other Tardises to have been able to harvest their chameleon circuits. The doctor doesn’t want it fixed.
Donna had The Doctor's mind. As The Doctor said, only one man knows the most dangerous secret in the world. Doctor Who. Himself. That means Donna knew the name of The Doctor.
far be it for me to try to critique a 13 year old song, but every time i sing this song i always change "fast in his prime" to "last of his kind". doesnt really matter if it's not an exact rhyme, it fits better Edit: i never realized how god damn adorable the part where the doctor gets worried and grabs companion's hand while they're running. that was the cutest shit in the world and it took me nearly 7 years to realize it
Did anyone notice that The Doctor created a paradox. By going back and saving his friend from being exterminated, the pst doctor couldn't go back to save his friend from being exterminated. A paradox.
+the oncoming storm no it's a paradox. Because the doctor saved him being exterminated but so the Doctor from the past dont had a reason for going back in time to save him because he's still alive. But if he don't go back he couldn't had save him and so he would be exterminated. (sorry for mistakes. I am german)
One, two, three, four I declare a time war Five, six, seven, eight Daleks scream exterminate Nine, ten, eleven, twelve The doctor died and silence fell Twelve, eleven, ten, nine Here he goes, back in time Eight, seven, six, five Saving everybody's lives Four, thres, two, one Grave her hand and whisper 'run' (This isn't mine btw xD)
Not sure if I can credit Chameleon Circuit with getting me into Dr Who but only really got into the deeper stories through this band. Fucking excellent.
Man I watched this back then when I was a high schooler, struggling to learn English, now I’m here doing some 9-6 desk job somewhere in Shanghai... for some reason i cant help but point out some things to help out with the animation and the running especially.(thats the internet i guess!) I do feel though that you did a fantastic job! the only thing about the running that i think would help alot is the arms. at two points in the running cycle you have the arms straight down not bent at all but in real running the arms never do that. Instead, Be sure to keep the arms always bent at at least 85 degrees but have the shoulder joints be moving rather that the elbows in your animation. Thanks!
so i listened to you guys before watching doctor who and wasn't that into your songs, but since becoming a whovian and listening to your songs again... i cannot... stop... the feels...

We all noticed.

The original series had several instances of multiple TARDIS in the same time and place, from the Master's materializing inside the Doctor's, to all the Doctors using the same TARDIS at the end of the 20th anniversary special, yet all leaving separately.
