I saw on the instructions that there are concrete fasteners, are these stable enough to handle high winds?
Hi Arnold! The tents are not engineered or wind rated. I would speak with a contractor about the safest methods.
At which step do you remove the tarp?
my questions comes with tear down. Is there a simpler way other than a ladder to lift the perimeter to remove the legs?

Great video, one note. At 13 minutes - 15 minutes, (installing the leg poles), you repeat this instruction twice. A bit of editing can shorten the video.
Without walls, is isn't a tent. It's a canopy.
