I highly recommend is that if you have young and teenager daughters at home, you should never hire any male maids and that too when you will be away from your home.
Alisha Khan True! I am against house maids because if you say anything mean, they can even mix poison in food! I prefer to do my own house chores! I am in the 🇺🇸 and here we are used to living without maids.
I vividly remember the day this interview aired. We were having a big family reunion at our grandmother's place when someone called us to the tv. We then stared in disbelief as this woman calmly, coldly, went about defending her husband, on national tv, WITHIN EIGHT DAYS OF HER ONLY CHILD'S BRUTAL MURDER. All of us in the room - from the elderly to the pre-teens - couldn't believe what we were seeing. I know our opinion amounts to nothing and that without hard evidence the courts can do nothing, but I cannot believe for one moment that the Talwars are innocent. They might have been acquitted by the court for lack of evidence, but that still doesn't mean they are not guilty.
What else will someone do if police, media and public start questioning about his/her spouse and daughter's character, (Allegation like :Extramarital affair, wife swapping, sexual relationship between daughter and servant) and police also arrested the spouse on the basis of such a cheap theory. !!!
What bothered me the most was all through the interview she spoke about her husband getting justice but never ever said anything about finding out who actually killed her daughter. Anyone who is so confident about their child not being killed by the main accused will also keep pushing to bring the real culprit to justice. Didn't see that happen with the parents in the last decade.
You have to check out the case of American murderer Christopher Lee Watts. When he killed his wife and 2 children, he deposited their body and there was no evidence that he murdered them but when they took his interview he was not showing any emotions the same as Aarushi's mom. What the American CIA did was, they put him in the isolated room where he was audio and video recorded. So when he was talking to his father, he confessed that he killed his wife because she killed their children. But later on, they did carbon testing where they found that mom was killed first and children were murdered later. So he was convicted and now he is behind the bars. The thing is people who have done murder or who have been guilty would not show emotions. You have to find out other American cases, where a one-time mother murdered her children, and she was not showing emotions and then there was this other mother whose daughter was killed, and she was crying so hard, and she could not talk. She had to take pauses a lot of times.
There are only two possibilities:- 1. They are murderers. 2. If they aren't culprits even then they know something about what actually happened that night.

When asked did you murder or a culprit in the murder... her reply is can you imagine any mother or father doing that? I never want to judge anyone 100% but common sense is telling us otherwise.
I remeber when Rajesh Talwar got bail the first time he was arrested, she told media that she is very happy he is back...that was within 10 days of her daughter's murder...
There is no way a mother would be in a position to give an interview in just 8 days of a brutal , ghastly , murder of her one and only child , that too on national television. Not one tear, spoke abt moving on . She knows that her husband is the murderer and just remained loyal to him .
@ candle candle Rajesh and Nupur were behind bars for a few years and then released as there was not concrete proof to prove that they were the murderers. Being doctors they knew how to destroy evidence and leave no traces or clues behind.
@ Monika Pati , this interview was just in 8 days from the brutal murder of her only child of 13 years age and there is absolutely no way a mother can give an interview on Television. No matter how strong a person may be emotionally, any parent would be in a state of shock , excruciating sorrow and grief and weeping . She looks so stressed out due to restless days and nights with the thoughts of the murder haunting her.
(In my opinion) i think pressing ur lips is the most common thing that is done if u r lying, which she was doing throughout the whole interview, also her facial expressions speaks a lot and everything after the first hours of witnessing aarushi's death looked so much calculated

When I saw this interview, I just could not digest how can someone not show any remorse, pain, grief while talking about the incident of her daughters killing and be so stone faced.
And if you are stone faced out of shock then the numbness would be apparent but her thoughts and tongue flow through so fluently. Innocent or guilty, made of steel or pathological liar, it’s just really eerie to watch her speak ...
There is no prescribed way to deal with grief. People are very different and deal with grief differently. We are quick to judge other people when they react differently than our expectations. The truth is we were not there and we don’t know what happened. Sooner or later the truth will prevail!
We've been there. We too have lost our loved ones. We have been to funerals too. We know what grief is. Everyone knows, is there anyone who hasn't lost somebody? Emotions are universal, you can suppress them, but not replace altogether

But the absolute lack of emotion in her words and face is astounding. And the slight smile she occasionally breaks into, is eerie. Is she really a human ?

We are conditioned in how grief is displayed by movies and pop culture ! Especially how a woman should display grief … we feel normal only if the woman shows helplessness, irrational screaming, hitting her head and chest …. She has to go clinically insane if something happens to her family. We cannot deal with an educated woman, who has composure despite the horrific circumstances. She looks visible stressed and sleep deprived without a moment given to her to properly grieve… if this is considered evidence of guilt god bless criminal justice and defendants

When nupur talwar was asked in one of the interview how could some one from outside access aarushi room as it was a self locking door ( can only be opened from inside or from outside using keys which nupur always had with her at night ) . She said at 11 pm I went to switch on the router in aarushi room n by mistake I left the keys in the door itself . Doubt arises here..y that particular night she forgot the keys as it was her daily routine plus she even said I saw aarushi reading Chetan Bhagat novel .. she remembered things in detail before going to sleep but forgot to take the keys back with her .. i hv see lots of interview regarding this case..I feel talwars r hiding something about their family from everyone .
Crocodile tears. She cannot even pretend. I cannot see any tears. She repeatedly keeps saying "Sonia" as she doesn't have anything else to cover up her pretense.
Perhaps it was one of her persuasive tactics to convince the channel's host of what she was claiming and that's why she kept on calling her by name. Doctors are adept in controlling their emotions as well as manipulating others'.
Couple of observation : 1. As a mother her first priority would be to have justice for her child. But the entire tone of the interview is like her husband is not guilty. 2. Not a single drop of tears. Not even the moist eyes. This shows no repentance for what has happened. 3. Too much practical for someone whose daughter was killed and the servant was also found dead. 4. She knows who did it....
When doors r locked it is d insiders who r responsible simple as that without cut it would b a stroke was something natural. If a robbers says I robbed then there was no use of cops . Arushis case the accused knew something was wrong or some anger lead that moment

Aarushi and Nirbhaya(Delhi 2012).. Two promising souls who faded into the twilight... Both could have lived long and brought happiness and pride to their familes and friends but for the butchery of the evil minded. But the similarities end there. The manner in which Narbhaya's family reacted to her murder and Aarushi's family reacted to her murder are a complete contrast. Wen one was busy cleaning up all the evidence including conducting her cremation within a few hours of her death, the other was busy knocking on all doors begging to save their precious daughter even if it meant taking a last ditch effort in air lifting her brutalized body to Singapore for better treatment. Guilt and sorrow are two extreme emotions..
I agree there is no connection between AARUSHI MURDER CASE & NIRBHAYA RAPE CASE! BUT but but...reaction of a mother!! It has to be similar , if not same...look how Nirbhaya’s mother reacted and fought till justice was served! And look at Mrs. Nupur Talwar....giving interview ,1week after her daughter’s brutal murder...clearly there is a stark contrast! The only true lines in whole interview might be " Hemraj cared for Aarushi and he was aged. So he couldn't do it." The murder might be pre planned. She was not going celebration her birthday even. Camera theory is just to show how dotting parents they were. Hemraj might have came there accidentally after murder (or to create story that involves servent) and got killed.

A daughter is murdered in ones own house unexpectedly in a most brutal manner imaginable.... this is the mother who saw her dead daughter lying on the bed... And you’re telling me, this interview is from eight days later after her daughter was murdered? Not a single tear was shed throughout the interview, even when she was recollecting memories of her daughter, what would’ve been her birthday party etc ..because people who are grieving do break down when they talk about the fond memories of their loved ones, they choke up.. ! When you lose someone unexpectedly .. you are in shock for days, months & sometimes a year... in this case, Aarushi was their only child...! She clearly seems to be more interested in getting herself & her husband out of the mess, than grieve for her only child..
She was murdered by Rajesh Talwar...now don't ask for proof...because there aint any that's admissible in court...but your brain is not like a court that needs "evidence", if you are smart enough then reasonable cues work just fine.
@Heather Gabriel If you watch the movie "Talvar", you'll see the exact course of events. The case was complicated since Hemraj's murder came to light only after a few days of Aarushi's, and certain officers mislead the investigation. Hence, it would be tough to gather clinching evidence, people figured out what might have happened though. Also, Nupur had no other option than siding with Rajesh because having lost her only daughter, losing Rajesh to life imprisonment would mean pitch darkness for her.

As per the autopsy, Hemraj's throat was slit with a surgical instrument and Aarushi's vaginal cavity was cleaned up post-mortem, you do that only when some action was going on. And only a medico will do such things. A servant is neither educated enough nor has the need. The accused servant's DNA was also not found at the crime scene. Plus, no outsider will lock the terrace door from inside before making an exit...coz that's the only point of entry s/he could have entered. It's clear that Rajesh did it in a fit of rage, and later involved Nupur in covering it up. Case being complicated and very old, won't have any clinching evidence...hence the law had to go soft on them...coz there will be backlash from an emotional society for punishing parents for the murder of their daughter without "clinching" evidence. Burden of proof is a two-way sword.

Whether Hemraj is 45 years of age or older, when you leave your daughter with a male helper alone in a house, you are opening a door for things to go wrong. Also i see no pain in the loss of her daughter in her eyes. The eyes are a window to one's soul. Clearly the talwars have murdered her but will give the benefit of doubt to them since there was no evidence at the crime scene which was all botched up. But there is a God above who will reveal all things one day. And we shall all know the truth.

Absolutely. Also no where in the interview did she mention about wanting to find the Murderers . This interview was given 8 days after the horrifying murders took place in their apartment and the way she spoke so calmly suggests their involvement. If a stranger has entered your apartment and killed your daughter and domestic help , you'd be horrified and suffering from mental trauma and fright and . None of these were seen in mrs.talwar.

All I'm seeing is a very clever woman full of answers to Sonia's questions. She seems to be very clear on protecting her husband, she's just lost her daughter in a brutal murder, but not one tear, not even a croaky voice. She is a very well educated woman, she's knows what she is saying and doing, I feel she maybe be a key witness and is definitely trying to cover for the murderer , be it her husband or someone else, but she definitely knows what happened. And why did none of he friends come forward . The way she says 'the killer is out there' is said so fillipantly , she definitely is involved.

His assistant at the dental clinic Krishna even admitted to crime during the narcotic drug test.. And how the father asked him to bring big instruments and admitted if the murder.. ... Even though i never believed the parents are the culprits...she did seem incredibly calm. I'm a mother and i don't think i could breath beyond my child. But the truth is..we really don't know what 8 days past the murder of your child would feel like. I have a cousin who never cries....maybe it's some sort of defence mechanism

I don't know the real truth but all I know that her body language is making it all clear out there in this 10min interview.. 1. Continuous licking of lips.. Which happens due to dry throat when you are afraid of getting caught or while trying to control your face from showing your emotion of relief (due to which she is flashing that smile again and again as well). 2. Continuous repetition of "I mean" and the name of the interviewer to make herself be believed. 3. Counter questioning the other person to see their reaction to make sure that they are believing you. 4. After losing your only child, you are smiling in an interview and talking about paalak paneer and making everybody look innocent within the house, repeating baseless statements again and again like a fool, instead of pointing out all those mistakes made by the legal system in this case in front of the whole world. A person do this just to act cluelessly innocent in the whole story. If she is so strong to not shed a single tear, then it was such a great chance for her to show the whole world the real story rather than talking about everything except the case while sitting there in a NEWS studio. 5. Most important, no signs of emotions in her eyes and face, well dressed up, and that too just after 8 days of your only daughter's murder. Hilarious!!!! What a great way of using the knowledge of all these years of your medical practise 👏👏👏👏👏

You must watch Jon Bennett case, a kid murdered in USA, in her house when her parents were asleep.. on Christmas Eve.. just like this case, evidences were tampered, the parents went about giving lot of interviews, they were also interrogated & suspected.. the case remains unsolved to this day! There’s a similar interview of the parents.. where they show no emotions.. please watch & reply your thoughts on that too

Except for god, victims and the culprits noone really knows what happened that night. I think we should wait till the truth is found rather than coming to conclusions. Iam not supporting them or other. And the police team really showed negligence in the beginning which lead to these much twists, turns and problems.
This ain't grief. One can sense that feeling just by looking at a person's face. Grief, according to me is the strongest emotion that one just can't hide even if they want to pretend like a strong person.. You know when you have gone through such a feeling, it is the hardest to overcome although it will end eventually, when you'll accept the situation. But before reaching that point you'll feel a void in your inner self which will break your will power.
She's thinking mostly about how to move on and have a new life for themselves. NOBODY says that. People take time to grieve. They feel as though their life is done. She looks so hopeful about the future. People who lose a laptop behave this way.

I watched Talwar a couple of days back. Unfortunately it gives a judgement. Although the court couldn't. But my two cents are that people don't have to cry to express their grief. I lost my mom two years back. I was shattered. I lost my mind. I still cry when I am alone or with a loved one, but even after her sad demise, when i spoke or still have to speak about her to a stranger, I don't cry. People have different kind of defense mechanisms. And for all those who are judging her for not crying, please tell me, had she cried, would you say that they didn't kill their child? Also depends on how you lose someone... if a person was ailing for a long time, you kind of prepare yourself for a worst case scenario..you know that you are going lose that person someday .. yet, nothing can prepare you for the death of your loved one.. except that you knew already.. but when you lose someone suddenly in an accident or a murder in this instance, when you realise that the child you put to sleep is no more when you wake up.. I CRIED EVERY SINGLE DAY for one whole year when I lost my younger brother.. My eyes still get wet sometimes, when we remember him...!!! 😰Though it's been 24 yrs now that pain still is there...!! I vividly remember the day this interview aired. We were having a big family reunion at our grandmother's place when someone called us to the tv. We then stared in disbelief as this woman calmly, coldly, went about defending her husband, on national tv, WITHIN EIGHT DAYS OF HER ONLY CHILD'S BRUTAL MURDER. All of us in the room - from the elderly to the pre-teens - couldn't believe what we were seeing. I know our opinion amounts to nothing and that without hard evidence the courts can do nothing, but I cannot believe for one moment that the Talwars are innocent. They might have been acquitted by the court for lack of evidence, but that still doesn't mean they are not guilty.

You have to check out the case of American murderer Christopher Lee Watts. When he killed his wife and 2 children, he deposited their body and there was no evidence that he murdered them but when they took his interview he was not showing any emotions the same as Aarushi's mom.
What the American CIA did was, they put him in the isolated room where he was audio and video recorded. So when he was talking to his father, he confessed that he killed his wife because she killed their children. But later on, they did carbon testing where they found that mom was killed first and children were murdered later. So he was convicted and now he is behind the bars.
The thing is people who have done murder or who have been guilty would not show emotions.
You have to find out other American cases, where a one-time mother murdered her children, and she was not showing emotions and then there was this other mother whose daughter was killed, and she was crying so hard, and she could not talk. She had to take pauses a lot of times.

When nupur talwar was asked in one of the interview how could some one from outside access aarushi room as it was a self locking door ( can only be opened from inside or from outside using keys which nupur always had with her at night ) . She said at 11 pm I went to switch on the router in aarushi room n by mistake I left the keys in the door itself .

Two promising souls who faded into the twilight... Both could have lived long and brought happiness and pride to their familes and friends but for the butchery of the evil minded.

The manner in which Narbhaya's family reacted to her murder and Aarushi's family reacted to her murder are a complete contrast.

The case was complicated since Hemraj's murder came to light only after a few days of Aarushi's, and certain officers mislead the investigation. Hence, it would be tough to gather clinching evidence, people figured out what might have happened though. Also, Nupur had no other option than siding with Rajesh because having lost her only daughter, losing Rajesh to life imprisonment would mean pitch darkness for her.

As per the autopsy, Hemraj's throat was slit with a surgical instrument and Aarushi's vaginal cavity was cleaned up post-mortem, you do that only when some action was going on. And only a medico will do such things. A servant is neither educated enough nor has the need. The accused servant's DNA was also not found at the crime scene. Plus, no outsider will lock the terrace door from inside before making an exit...coz that's the only point of entry s/he could have entered.
It's clear that Rajesh did it in a fit of rage, and later involved Nupur in covering it up. Case being complicated and very old, won't have any clinching evidence...hence the law had to go soft on them...coz there will be backlash from an emotional society for punishing parents for the murder of their daughter without "clinching" evidence. Whether Hemraj is 45 years of age or older, when you leave your daughter with a male helper alone in a house, you are opening a door for things to go wrong. Also i see no pain in the loss of her daughter in her eyes. The eyes are a window to one's soul. Clearly the talwars have murdered her but will give the benefit of doubt to them since there was no evidence at the crime scene which was all botched up. This interview was given 8 days after the horrifying murders took place in their apartment and the way she spoke so calmly suggests their involvement. If a stranger has entered your apartment and killed your daughter and domestic help , you'd be horrified and suffering from mental trauma and fright and . None of these were seen in mrs.talwar.

All I'm seeing is a very clever woman full of answers to Sonia's questions. She seems to be very clear on protecting her husband, she's just lost her daughter in a brutal murder, but not one tear, not even a croaky voice. She is a very well educated woman, she's knows what she is saying and doing, I feel she maybe be a key witness and is definitely trying to cover for the murderer , be it her husband or someone else, but she definitely knows what happened. And why did none of he friends come forward . The way she says 'the killer is out there' is said so fillipantly , she definitely is involved.

Even though i never believed the parents are the culprits...she did seem incredibly calm. I'm a mother and i don't think i could breath beyond my child. But the truth is..we really don't know what 8 days past the murder of your child would feel like. I have a cousin who never cries....maybe it's some sort of defence mechanism

I don't know the real truth but all I know that her body language is making it all clear out there in this 10min interview..
1. Continuous licking of lips.. Which happens due to dry throat when you are afraid of getting caught or while trying to control your face from showing your emotion of relief (due to which she is flashing that smile again and again as well).
2. Continuous repetition of "I mean" and the name of the interviewer to make herself be believed.
3. Counter questioning the other person to see their reaction to make sure that they are believing you.
4. After losing your only child, you are smiling in an interview and talking about paalak paneer and making everybody look innocent within the house, repeating baseless statements again and again like a fool, instead of pointing out all those mistakes made by the legal system in this case in front of the whole world. A person do this just to act cluelessly innocent in the whole story.
If she is so strong to not shed a single tear, then it was such a great chance for her to show the whole world the real story rather than talking about everything except the case while sitting there in a NEWS studio.
5. Most important, no signs of emotions in her eyes and face, well dressed up, and that too just after 8 days of your only daughter's murder.

You must watch Jon Bennett case, a kid murdered in USA, in her house when her parents were asleep.. on Christmas Eve.. just like this case, evidences were tampered, the parents went about giving lot of interviews, they were also interrogated & suspected.. the case remains unsolved to this day! There’s a similar interview of the parents.. where they show no emotions.. please watch & reply your thoughts on that too

@@starworkyj6576 This is the most sensible comment I have read in the whole commentbox. Everyone judging her by her emotionless posture. Except for god, victims and the culprits noone really knows what happened that night. I think we should wait till the truth is found rather than coming to conclusions. Iam not supporting them or other. And the police team really showed negligence in the beginning which lead to these much twists, turns and problems.
This ain't grief. One can sense that feeling just by looking at a person's face. Grief, according to me is the strongest emotion that one just can't hide even if they want to pretend like a strong person..
You know when you have gone through such a feeling, it is the hardest to overcome although it will end eventually, when you'll accept the situation. But before reaching that point you'll feel a void in your inner self which will break your will power.

I watched Talwar a couple of days back. Unfortunately it gives a judgement. Although the court couldn't. But my two cents are that people don't have to cry to express their grief. I lost my mom two years back. I was shattered. I lost my mind. I still cry when I am alone or with a loved one, but even after her sad demise, when i spoke or still have to speak about her to a stranger, I don't cry. People have different kind of defense mechanisms. And for all those who are judging her for not crying, please tell me, had she cried, would you say that they didn't kill their child? The truth is lost forever now. I hope her soul rests in peace.
Also depends on how you lose someone... if a person was ailing for a long time, you kind of prepare yourself for a worst case scenario..you know that you are going lose that person someday .. yet, nothing can prepare you for the death of your loved one.. except that you knew already.. but when you lose someone suddenly in an accident or a murder in this instance, when you realise that the child you put to sleep is no more when you wake up.. I think that hits differently! This woman is not in shock nor is she grieving.. she’s busy covering up a crime, her replies are rehearsed, because she takes long pauses, looks around, blinks a lot, gives out unnecessary details, when faced with questions pertaining to the murder itself.. but she’s quite confident while denying her husband’s involvement
