Hey Rexsi! Whats the reason for going toxic blade instead of just the late executioner? I know it didn't end up mattering in this game but whats the situation to go one or the other?

I imagine dude to RA being more of a healing character than one that has particularly high defence, characters that have higher defense or build more defense executioner will make more sense

Tutorial: what is the difference between pen and % pen

Its quite simple brother :
Let's say at the beginning of a game, a tanky character with 100 protection. If you have an item with 15 flat pen, you do 100 - 15 = 85 prots.
If you have an item with 10% pen, you do 10% of 100 which is 10, you do 100 - 10 = 90 prots.
So you would rather have flat pen at the beginning.
Later in game, let's say a tank with 300 prots. 15 flat pen would 300 - 15 = 285. 10% pen would be 10% of 300 which is 30, so 300 - 30 = 270. So you want %pen for tankier characters or late game.
Also when you have both, % is calculated first and flat after, which is better that way.
