    The Any% speedrun of Dishonored 2 as Emily is a fast paced joyride through the city of Dunwall. Watch as Cearadeth (the current Dishonored 2 Any% world record holder as both Emily and Corvo, and actually every other category as well) tears apart this game and demonstrates how he beats it in just 20 minutes. This speedrun utilizes movement glitches to leap through the air at blazing speeds, clip through walls, and more. High chaos or low chaos? You be the judge.

      That's what I love about speedruns though. If someone lands that trick successfully, gets world record having done the trick, guess what trick every single person who wants to beat that record will have to do? Yeah, once speedrunning gets that optimized, that 1.5 seconds becomes *entirely neccesary* in the run to have a competitive time. Good thing its in the beginning of the run though, so you can just reset and pray you land it again in 2 or 3 minutes.

      let's be honest, with some of these runs it's usually more like "0.2 seconds"

    • @Fakeblad
      @Fakeblad 7 месяцев назад +1

      If you think about 100m sprints. Runners are winning at decimal points between each other, but when you actually see how much distance 0.5s or 1 second covers amongst professional athletes, it's pretty amazing. Same thing here really. 1.5s is actually more than you think, especially when you add those up across a single run.

Not to mention when some of the really precise tricks occur back to back and it sounds like the player is some eldritch deity. "and now the player will grab this one item and places it on the ground allowing them to transcend what the engine determines as time permitting them to move through multiple dimensions simultaneously. They use this to skip some dialogue and one checkpoint saving .7 seconds. They will do this several times per mission saving a total of 5 seconds for the run"

    I'm on the top level difficulty and trying to do a non-lethal playthrough and it's tough to do. But my skill level is no match for you kids. This was amazing to watch. I'm on the last chapter and I'm into it over 50+ hours on Xbox. This game was not designed for consoles. Plus, I think my age is a handicap I'm 72 now and games have come a long way since "Pong". I still have that huge orange contraption that got me hooked on gaming. Thanks for taking the time to explain how it's done. I think this game is very underrated. It's far superior to the first imo.

    Hello Mr. Anus, I just wanted to tell you that like, idk, maybe a year ago? I began entering a very dark place in my life. I was very depressed as COVID loneliness really began to hit; I had graduated college in May and the dreadful realization that the economy was sinking and I wouldn't get a job any time soon was really hitting hard. To compound all that, I had to move back in with my Dad, who was a really really shitty parent for the next year (like, he threatened to kick me out on my birthday sort of bad).
    Since then, though, I really took your words about 'no feeling being final' to heart. I got a good job in my field, not great but enough to make me hopeful I can move up with experience. I moved in with a friend and I'm actually in one of the nicest places I've ever lived now. And I met a sweet girl who's been so fun to hang out with and I hope to move in with her after I leave this place. So thanks for your words. They really do help those of us who are going through extremely rough times. I'm sure there are people who have it even harder than I did a year ago; keep your head held high because you're so fucking strong and at the end of it you'll rise so high.
    Thank you, Mr. Anus.

    I really appreciate the message of positivity about halfway through this video. My aunt committed suicide two days ago, leaving... a lot behind. It's very confusing and painful, and while I would never act on taking my own life out of depression, your words of kindness pulled me up a bit, and I'm very grateful.
    I think so many RUclipsrs are content to just be shmucks making money 4 chuckles, but enforcing positivity and good habits takes mere moments, and can really help someone who's in a bad way.

    No one will read it probably, but there's a story reason why the cart is there, in 18:44
    So basically in the building there are two guests, both for the purpose of buying the killer machine. If we first take Sokolov to the cart, before killing Jindosh, outside of the building we can meet a person that's waiting for one of those guests - he came there by the cart; so it's not like the game thinks that we used the cart, but the cart canonically is there

    Your message really helps man. The woman I've deeply loved for six years left me and had her feelings change for another man in 3 days. I sacrificed a huge opportunity to have a lot better of a life because I'd rather have been with her, and she dumped me a week later. I also had my foot shuddered at work, and am not getting comp. So I'm bed ridden, more than heart broken, have one hell of a cabin fever, and all around hate every ounce of my situation, and am at complete rock bottom. Hearing that no feeling is final is the first bit of hope I've had in my life for a while now, and it really meant a lot. Thank you. Thank you so much.
