Crossing point is meeting point of average price and current market price, thereon MA move up if it is more than maket price or it moves down if it is less the market price.
How many times the price in expansion phase goes through the value of contraction phase ? In master pattern videos sometimes the price after breakout the contraction phase goes through the value of contraction phase and settles behind it, and sometimes returns through the value price to start the trend phase in the same direction of the breakout. How to determine the end of expansion phase ?
Interesting concept but when looking at the chart I don't know that it does any better. For example, in the box to the far left, price breaks out to the upside. Looks like it settles higher at A but then goes south for a loss. Then goes south to B so you think it's below the midline so smart money is going long, yet it continues south for another loss. Then in the consolidation in "C", price breaks out to the upside for a winner without regard to this method. Then goes down toward "D" so one would think with this method it's going south to below the "C" consolidation box, but instead it moves higher for a loss. Then it consolidates in "D" but also goes straight up similar without regard to this method. Then it consolidates in "F" and finally works as this method intends (whipsaws below the box, then above, and then in the "settled" direction.

Hi, I see the contraction phase you highlight and I see others not highlighted before/after the one being discussed. How do you choose the one you work off of moving forward trade planning? Ie, on the daily chart at 12:35 you have the box around Feb 4th but there was contraction approx 2 weeks earlier and another 2 weeks later so how do you choose the right one? Thnx for feedback..
You should identify all relevant boxes in the current range first. You then see which prior contraction levels price reacts too and then price itself will let you know which is currently the best to work from.

If you use a 48 on the 1hr what are you using on the daily?
Thank you for the video. 48 MA on one hour - should we use SMA or EMA ?
That’s a great 👍 question. You probably have to back test see which one is more accurate .. until they answer you
What is the link between your cycles and the Asian, London and New Yosk sessions?

You have some great videos that make so much sense. It goes against the grain of most trading videos I've seen & ideas I've used and now it makes sense. I hope to join your service at some point, but can't at the moment. Not going to lie, the price is a bit high for me right now, but I get it, you have to pay to play. Thanks again & I look forward to any future content.
Hi guy, how you guy find and determine that area is real contraction area? any rules or pattern to prove that area is contraction?
was wondering the same thing, and how do you know where to draw the value line.he dose not explain it ,un less i missed something.
@@autocity101 Glad to see I wasn't the only one that found this video lacking.
Do I still need to watch the higher TF. Or just use the M.A on the lower TF. .
You definitely still need to watch the higher time-frame that your MA is based on so you can see where it is in the cycle.
oliver velez would disagree, one of the best traders in the world loves moving averages, ive also been using them for years and do well, nothing ever changes
Hey mate, I hope you’re doing well. Could you please tell me more about the strategy you use? It is based on what Oliver teaches, isn’t it? Thanks in advance and good luck.
Thanks so much for that content, one question how to determine the right value are? It is like Liquidity where most sells and buys happens?
The 50% (middle) of the accumulation zone first zone
What periods & type the MA did you use?
Simple MA. Periods are divided into the higher timeframe and then doubled.
@@tradeats OK it's not days MA in Daily sand convert into 60 minutes then become 48 hours. Thank you 👍🏻
But where to find the value line?
The multi leg expansion always trips me up. Is their any tips you can give me to help identify the multi leg expansion?
I’m using ATS software. Thank you
Hi ATS team, what does it mean by market makers adding and protecting a position?

Hi, I see the contraction phase you highlight and I see others not highlighted before/after the one being discussed. How do you choose the one you work off of moving forward trade planning? Ie, on the daily chart at 12:35 you have the box around Feb 4th but there was contraction approx 2 weeks earlier and another 2 weeks later so how do you choose the right one? Thnx for feedback..
You should identify all relevant boxes in the current range first. You then see which prior contraction levels price reacts too and then price itself will let you know which is currently the best to work from.
