I believe they just messed it up with that multiple same version of jason1 thing, it would have been better to have just one version from every world now its just a fairy tale
its not fairy tale, its just the many worlds theory at work, the theory the show is based on from the very beginning. New worlds are created with every decision, including the decisions Jason1 made after being abducted and thrown in the Jason2 world
what happens if the cops find the body in boot? and in the toilet? or if the other Jasons believe our Jason 1 is Jason 2 or they all believe they are Jason 1? My brain hurts.
They’re all Jason 1s. We just watched 1 version of Jason that travelled through the box but from the moment he was out in there every choice he made and didn’t make made multiple Jason’s. We only have the perception of Jason as we watched that Jason’s journey through the episodes. But legit every Jason is Jason 1 and they were all abducted exactly the same way at the same time
The way things have gone, it's clear that this show will only be one season. The speed of the story and the culmination of events lead me to believe that (Similar to 'A Man In Full'). But, I never read the book, so I don't know if there is anything left in the story to tell.

They’ll have to keep following the first Jason. It’s the only way to tell a coherent story in a reality that sprouts new multiverses continually.
