Also, humans can't get that deep in with scuba. Also, I think the sharks only let her get that close because she was a mermaid, humans wouldn't dare get that close to a shark.

This was the first episode where I thought Zane was more than just his bully facade, and then I saw why he was a bully to begin with... His father had probably been like this his whole life and it only got worse after his parents split up which is probably when he started projecting his anger towards everyone else. When I started to see it that way I began to like his character a lot more even though he still had his problems I stopped seeing him as just a bully, his character development was refreshing.
