Hello. We are a pole dance studio in Greece, this is the choreography for totally beginners, for students who practice pole for only 2 months! It cannot be any more advance than this. As for the song, anyone can dance to it, in any style he/she wants. Dancing is an expression, there is no right or wrong. Lastly, we love Kristy Sellars, she is amazing!
