  • On 23rd May 2019, 5am, at the age of 24, I reached to the very top of Mount Everest fulfilling a 9 year long dream.
    I started trekking since the age of 15 and since then I have completed over 800 treks across Sahyadri's and Himalayan mountain ranges. Moreover, I also work as a motivational speaker for various institutions.
    In March 2020 I will be attempting to climb Annapurna 1 without supplementary oxygen. Annapurna 1 is the 10th highest peak in the world and the most dangerous mountain to climb with a death rate of 34%.

    Parth I think the bigger aspect of change due to your everest expedition was that you got introduced to mindfulness in your life. As someone who is on her path towards trying to incorporate meditation actively in my life and aspires to scale everest once in my life, I found this video very informative. I especially loved the part about meditation and how it has impacted you.

      You need good level of strength and stamina for Stok

    • @adventuremachan
      @adventuremachan 3 года назад

      Stok Kangri is a trekkable Peak.! Its altitude makes it tough considering its trekkable. If you are acclimatised well and have good physical endurance with some trekking experience then it's doable. Provided weather should be favourable. Never ever take mountains for granted.❤️

    • @adventuremachan

I don't know how to train my body right now and from which academy to refer and whose guidance to take so that I can climb Mt. Everest in my 20s and train myself towards that way. Plz, guide me.
