What makes Ritesh sir unique is the way he gives respect even to his small hotel owners saying Javed Bhai and Shukla ji. Also, he could have just given his insights but he chose to not only hear but also listen to every story Raj sir wanted to share. No doubt why he is where he is today. Great one Raj sir.
Ritesh Agarwal is amazingly brilliant. His thought process is so clear and he speaks in such simple language yet being very elaborate. I watched his first video when he spoke at IIM on how to start a startup and have been such a fan since.
I already knew it was going to be an awesome ep but it delivered more than I expected. Ritesh aggrawal is the person through whom i heard about entrepreneurship for the very first time. It is a treat to watch him impart his words of wisdom. Great job Raj sir. Respect
One thing I've learned from people like RAJ SHAMANI, RITESH AGARWAL is that what person you become highly depends on what type of content you consumed. It's a small point but make a big impact 👌👌🙌
Yes The first person to do a big impact of our odisha in business sector or a incredible man ,humble, priceless person We are always be try a next ritesh agarwal.... And prode our indian on whole world 🌎
Hi Raj, I have almost watched all your podcasts, but watching Ritesh speak with so much humility and gratitude, I couldn't stop myself from commenting. This is one of the best podcasts. It is no less than attending one semester at B-School.
This is THE BEST PODCAST (P.S. I've watched all of 'em) More than a podcast, it is a life lesson. First time, I watched it for information, now I come back to seek motivation. Ritesh is your best guest, and truly a gem! Underrated podcast.
26:18 1. Doing non scalable things also create the most value. 29:15 2. Business is only valuable if you get cash very quick. 33:25 3. No rules rules 2. Zero to one 3. Hard things about hard things 1:00:30- To scale a business.
One of the best interview in channel. Ritesh’s strategies, clarity of mind , examples are inspiring for upcoming entrepreneurs like me . Thanks for sharing , your content is evolving day by day
Truly amazing! Such a wonderful conversation. So much to learn from. Thank you for all the time. Felt as though I was having a conversation with Ritesh Sir.
Its great to hear & learn from the most celebrated entrepreneurs like you two. I believe major part of learning happens when we put our foot on the ground, however, podcasts like this one really help to evolve mindset and identify what value traits are missing from us. Thanks for bringing this to all of us 🙌
@Raj shamani your content is great but stop this ads ,it's is distracting alot .ohhk you want to earn money try sponsored video partner instead of ad in video.
I will suggest to more focus on the entrepreneurs and ceo s and corporate giants... We can learn from them...and you can start a new thing, Before having a interview or podcast please allow your community to submit some really good questions...
Absolute gold!!!!! Every word from this entrepreneur's mouth is nothing but pure gold. Seeding baat no bakwas! Also he is extremely down to earth - does not look or show off 1 bit that he is a billionaire - very reliable and humble...and he was also very encouraging for your channel giving golden advice....More power to you @rajshamani for bringing such great content abd great people. Please keep up the great work....!!!
I'm not even kidding...But whatever Raj told about Forbes and seeing Ritesh's name and getting attracted towards entrepreneurship, my story is the same :) I remember how Ritesh's IIM A how to start a start-up speech inspired me. Thanks, Ritesh, for making me fall in love with entrepreneurship :)
No amount of listening to podcasts or reading books will ever help you build your company. Successful people will point out highlights from their journey which are by no means applicable to your journey. The broad learnings are too generic and the intricate details are non transmissible. You gotta figure things out on your own. Anything else you use for self help & motivation, will leave you astray.
Ritesh Agarwal Sir is just a gem of a person,an extraordinarily wonderful entrepreneur, highly sympathetic and down to earth personality which can surely attract any human towards him !! It's really great as he is running a company valuing billions of dollars but is still so humble and open !! And a very big thanks to Raj Sir too for bringing such informative and educational podcasts with such a high intellectual quality!!! Love ya both !!!!!! ❤️❤️
Here may be , I'm only one at the age of 17 watching all enterpreneur episode to get learning and making myself better and better. Having a lots of love for such type of show of Rajshahi ❤️😇🌈
Podcast is such a powerful tool to address impacting issues.. everyone just see the fairy-tale side but hardly anyone speaks about the dark side of growing businesses. Podcast hosts should address this with their guests and these things NEED to be talked about!
Best lines from the conversation is " don't restrict learning only from Schools and universities". Not sure out of 3.8 lacs views how many would have watched till the last second of this podcast but I am one of them. Cheers to all who have watched , understood the video. Currently I am a hustler doing both Job and business. And my future is in Business. Good day to all..

Hey Raj! I want to tell something, this is very first time i'm sharing it publicly. I have a vision board and it has two people has my ideal one of them is Ritesh Agarwal. He started as a teenager and expanded oyo worldwide, its just so motivating. Loved the podcast and thank you so very much to bring him. Thank you always for these wonderful podcasts. It would be really really overwhelming if you some how show this comment to Ritesh sir. Waiting for your reply :)
RAJ BHAI PLEASE BRING A DEEP PODCASTS WITH MANISH BHAI !!!! (AND ASK HIM A QUETION FROM MY SIDE (HOW DOES HE HAVE SUCH A GOOD NETWORK WITH PEOPLE ALL OVER THE COMMUNITY AND HOW CAN A 1ST YEAR STUDENT FROM A LOW TIER COLLEGE GET A GOOD NETWORKING SKILLS)) will be profusely thankfull if you could also reply my question !!! lots of love❤❤
Parents have more unreasonable expectations and biases than a customer, so I disagree convincing them is easier than convincing a client. E.g. if you are earning good money as a mechanic, the car owner may be convinced by you, but the parents want you to become a doctor even if that means less money. A good portrayal of this concept is Farhan from 3 idiots.
