Colour Changing Persian Borage tea || How to make make|| HD

Borage has many health benefits and in this video i will show you how to create traditional Persian Borage tea which is a colour changing herbal tea due to the lemon juice used.
You will need saffron infused crystal sugar or honey of your choice. Crystallised sugar is much better for you than normal white sugar, because of the process it goes through to become cyrstalised, it has a "warming" property for your body according to Traditional Persian Medicine (TPM).
