I live in West Beaverton, Sexton Mtn area, and keep in mind that it can take about 20+ minutes in traffic to get to any of the major highways in the area and the major highways are usually parking lots.

Would you say it’s as bad as Los Angeles traffic? I have a hard time trusting anyone saying areas have bad traffic if they haven’t experienced LA traffic. It is so so so bad here 😭

@@amandajovel It’s hard accurately answer that question seeing that it’s comparing traffic in an area with a population of 18.5 million people to an area of 2.5 million people.

I live in Cedar Mill, it's unincorporated Washington County, and yes it's a Portland mailing address but Beaverton schools, water, telephone service. Oak Hills is nothing but an HOA Avoid at all costs, HOAs are evil.

I've lived in Cedar Hills for 14 years and it's gotten insanely crowded. It lost its charm for me because of it.

Yeah I'm about 5 miles from Cedar Hills and I can see what you mean. All the Cedar Hills Crossing stuff is great to visit but that area gets pretty bottlenecked.
