I have leant from this video. Have you made a video using this method for the analysis of climatic and geographical factors influencing solar photovoltaic power plants?
Hi, this is Carol and thank you for your excellent video. Now I have faced a little bit troubles when I put my variables in the GWR model in ArcGIS, so I don't know if you could give me a hint. 1. The GWR model in ArcGIS could not run with a dummy variable in, right? What about categorical variables? 2. After I run an OLS model in ArcGIS, I want to run a GWR model continuously(without dummy and categorical variables and the VIF value of all the variables are below 5). However, only 5 of 10 independent variables could run in it? I don't know what is happening with the other 5 variables? Is there any other test or limitation I don't know so it couldn't run successfully? I will be grateful if you could give me some guidance. Thank you.
I was trying to perform GWR using a point feature file (after OLS and Morans I) with 3 explonatory variables as demonstrated in the video, but GWR failed every time. Apprecaite your help in this regard
Hmmm, a quick response would be - No I don't think so. Having that said, and you may want to look for alternative answers and solutions (in R perhaps?), I guess using a first-differencing approach (i.e. a simple fixed effect model) where the difference in the panel values could be "manually calculated in a third-party software, imported and used in ArcGIS may solve your problem. But for more advanced panel designs...
Great video.
The problem (8:00) you stated that ArcGIS failed to work, I had the same problem when there was a strong correlation between variables.

thank you so much 1+ subscriber from India
Can you make a video about using PCA(principle Component analysis) for make a map?
Hi. Where do I get Part 2 which was promised at the end of this video?
Good evening, can you help me to get the spatial autocorrelation report for our data. Thank you.

use GWR4 or R software
Is it possible to do GWR with mixed effects models?
