On a serious note I appreciate u pointing out how crazy it is for RUclips to allows these videos to go without age restrictions, the amount of just insane stuff on the internet readily available for kids to see makes me upset
Tbf parents should def put yt on kids mode on their children's devices, but teens and stuff will still be able to watch this. Does ot at least have some sort of content warning, cos like it should
Kevin Leonardo gets away with some disgusting content that could be seen by people who shouldn't ever see stuff like that, hiding under the guise of "educational content" if it were educational and if his audience truly sought him out for educational purposes he should redirect them to his website or books that can educate people.

I used to love to fall asleep to ASMR playlists on RUclips. Until I randomly awoke at 2am to a “Irish Kidnapper Abducts You But Then Seduces You Successfully By Rubbing You With His Ginger Beard” and honestly I have yet to recover.
As someone who's doing ASMR on RUclips and has listened to it for anxiety and depression since 2017 this new rise just because it is popular is SO weird and annoying. When I tell people I do ASMR for work I get weird looks at first and I have to make this grand explanation that I do not mean the sexual one, the boyfriend/girlfriend abusive audios nor the weird tiktok ones.
This is just another example of what happens when something becomes famous. In another video I watched about this topic ASMR was the 2nd highest searched term last year in some year before. Of course everybody wants to hop onto it...

I find the point at 9:55 so valid and true I wish it was spoken about more so ty for bringing it up. I find it crazy how certain kids movies will obviously have age ratings on, and kids TV shows have age ratings and set supervised demographics etc ; so you obviously would not find this shit on CBeebies, or nickoledeon duh , yet it’s perfectly accessible for absolutely any child to perhaps Stumble upon online even if that’s not a target audience. it’s just so weird to me when it comes to what kids find online there’s little censorship from creators . 😀 I’m waffling now but !
