I have been taking Ibrutinib which is working well for me. If it stops working, there are altenatives, so I have a good chance to live many years.

You missed out transmigration through the epithelial cell junctions by PECAMs, proteolysis of the basement membrane and migration to the site of injury/infection by way of chemoattractant gradient.

Vigilance macrophages, immune cells which are usually tissue resident release chemokines. Also Mast cells release histamines which dialate the capillaries making the cell membrane more permiable for neutrophils to leave the capillaries and help at the inflammed/infected tissue.
