This video is really underrated! This tutorial is exactly what I needed!
Glad it helped!
Thank you for this video. Added this feature to my plugin.
Hi, Love your videos, I just wanted to say that you just solved a problem for me, I had no idea re-launching the engine would apply the size changes to the subtitles so thank you for that. I also have a request: You said it would take a long time to explain the difference between sound cues and metasound and how they differ in terms of subtitles. It would be really interesting to hear you talk about that in a separate video if you haven't already.
You best start believing in pirate tutorials, you're in one.
Excellent tutorial! Thanks man!
Thank you for showing the easy method
tnx!good staff🙃👍
Thanks for this. Really really helpful ! But 1 question. I need to show the name of the person speaking the dialogue. How to do that? (If I write the name in every audio file, it'll be cumbersome and I'd need to manually adjust the length of each dialogue.)
wow, very simple, thank you. Where can we find this kind of vocalizations?
Why am i the only one that NOTHING show up on screen :'( im adding my audio file to a sequencer, and just nothing show up, i donnt know what to do please help !!!
do you know how to change the font size? mines really small :(
I mention this at 7:12
Hmm what if we want more than one line per audio file, it doesn't seem very good for having control over when lines appear and adding pauses :/
Its an array because every item will be a line, and the time set there is not the duration of the subtitle, but when in the audio should it display..
Thanks for the video! I've actually stopped using this method as I have found it's only mildly helpful for those in the low vision and blind community. Have you seen this video?

It has some golden rules of subtitles. I guess I could take the time to figure out how to upgrade the current system. But usually I just build my own with a widget haha.
Thanks again for all the great content!
