Hey guys, just and FYI, those spots in the hose are likely algae not sun damage. You should probably fill the tank with a diluted bleach/vinegar and water occasionally. Just be sure to rinse it out good before drinking the water.

Best piece of equipment you have showcased thus far. The one thing I miss when out on a camping/overland trip is a nice warm shower. I have a solar bag shower that holds 5gals, but it is gravity feed. Like this creature comfort. Thanks for sharing guys.

Thanks for the info guys. Do you think it could be installed on the side of the rack? Would that be too much weight on the hardware? i have a similar rack but with a rooftop tent there is limited space on top and the idea of removing the cross-bars is not attractive.

This thing is huge, way to big imo. I just stick with the solar portable shower bags that take way less water than this. Plus you're carrying around 50-60lbs of water on your roof down the road. If anyone should go with this road shower system I say put it on the bed or where the spare goes. Just my opinion but I feel that over landing should be about minimizing what you take out there.
