Good morning Chef! We used to kill our own hogs, but I’m 60 years old now and not able since my husband passed away. Made my own lard and breakfast sausage. We never kept the feet or ears, this guy that helped us always wanted them, but yours sure looks good. We smoked the hams in the smokehouse. Thank you for sharing and have a blessed day!

We had pig ear sandwiches the other day. I enjoyed hurting myself that day🤣🤣
Everyone stay safe and God Bless 💞
Another good one
No thank you, lol, I don't eat pork. Your process of cooking and smoking is interesting. They DO look tasty, but knowing what it is, no. It truly made me think of my Dad telling us stories of his growing up. His parents were sharecroppers and they raised hogs. His Dad would slaughter and smoke them in their smokehouse. Thanks for the memories💖
Looks really good!
Thanks for showing us your smoker! Love that!
I moved from Cleveland Ohio to Georgia in 1978, I was introduced to pig feet, pig ears, and souse meat or hog head cheese and hunny I’ve been hooked every since. I have high blood pressure now and I still eat them I just space it out how much I eat them. Love them ❤️❤️
I grew up on this menu also! Nostalgic feelings rushed back watching you prepare this dish.
I want to try this in my InstantPot!
Your cookie jar pig is too cute
Chef Jeff, I eat Pig Ears and Pig Feet. Used to eat Pig Ear Sandwiches. They are so good. I need to put bar b que sauce on mine. Sure do. Also, interested in your seasonings
😆Cheffff, I cannot get my imaginary taste buds activated to wonder how that would taste with the smoke & bbq sauce.
Yay...yummy...
I'm a country dirt road bare foot farm girl. I love your channel bcs it's what I was raised up on.
Have you ever roast a pig
Ms.Brenda you can throw down too now.❤️
We always ate pig feet growing up, I stopped eating them in the last 10 years. Barbeque pigs feet was the bomb. This was a treat. I remember New Years eve, my mom would cook them along with a spread of black eyed peas, yams, she would bake sweet potatoes never candied for some reason. Cornbread and collar greens and maybe mac and cheese. I still do the black eye peas, maybe this coming New year I do a roast pork for the old school good times memories. Thanks again♥️
Trying this tonight for New Years Eve!
Oh my God I know this is delicious I wish I had some 😋😋😋
God bless you Chef Jeffery love pork l must try these barbecue pig feet please keep up the good videos love then
