Hey Denise, thanks as always for the great videos. I am encountering a problem when I try to define the links to my landmarks. I will try to click directly on a landmark and get the return warning message "warning: no point within 0.25 inches" so I can't connect my points. Have you ever encountered that or know of a solution?
Hi Denise, thank you for all your videos. I've a question about the define.link function. When I try to run that specific line, R goes into stall mode and it does not make me connect any landmark. Did you ever encouter such problem? What can I do to avoid this error?
Thank you, this really helped me get to grips with geomorph. Do you happen to know if it is possible to perform canonical variate analysis or discriminant analysis with this package?
